The shutter bug hits! Went for a photoshot around Bishan Park for 2 hours! and faster chiong home run before rain hits... ! Btw, this is the 1st field shooting i've done using my new 400D. Enjoy!

Was @ Sentosa with Jo & Friends on Good Friday. Pretty Good Tan! Last time i went there, it's still operating the old monorail... Damn! Nostalgic! Will go there for a photo shoot on one of these days... The photos below are took with my camera phone, pardon the quality! No money to buy SE!

last week conclude Ex. Sacred Odessey.. was a pretty fun exercise... the topo in the rain was kinda cool... spec keep fogging up.. bash thru alot of forest.. damn fun.. was fortunate engh to have a Brunei soldier attaching to my section... learnt quite an amt of navi stuffs from him.. den did day & night vehicle navi last wk... damn i tell u... sitting behind the 5 tonner the whole day make me sick the whole damn next day! machiam roller coaster or like my OC say.. osim chair...
regretfully I horlan-ed .. thanks to a wrong turn at a critical 5 way junctions.. Fxxx man!

Update....

Boring week at camp! mainly navigation thingy... got a present surprise when i saw favian at my block! he's staying above me, and will be going for Ex. Sacred Odyssey with us... Basically a Navigation Ex. Transport, Supply, Ammo, Technician and other elements from the Combat Service Support Command will be taking part!

But damn! IT'S FIELD CAMP AGAIN!

but at least not so bad.. can bathe... can sleep in safari bed in a bunk... what's there to grumble after having gone thru the dreaded 5D/4N field camp and 3/2N SITEST?

but damn! after this, will got 1 more Ex. Playtime to kill.. damn hope my topo don't horlan...

New Camera!!

Bought my new digital camera! DSLR this time! Progress! Canon EOS 400D! couldn't resist the I.T show promotion... initially wanted to get the Canon EOS 450D, but the guy say will take about 2-3 month time then will come... plus chances is no free gifts for the new unit.. and also, sure will be price at around S$1300 - S$1500 range....

so might as well get the EOS 400D at a cheaper price with free gifts!! Yup!

EOS 450D main attributes that are superior to EOS 400D is it's higher MP, spot metering and live view... but then again.. MP =/ image quality... and live view, can live w/o it! well .. the spot metering... just have to tweak the exposure when the situation warrants!
