Ahhh ytd was a great day, great morning! where the blue skies and sunshine blanket the sunshine island of singapore, birds chipping in the trees and cats meowing in the distance. young pple and elderly go abt doing their business, the country was in the infant stage of the day! and me! woke up @ 6am to do volunteer work @ dakota cresent! to erase my sin of course... but nth prepare me for what it's to come... i face decade old oil stains and dusts! and toilets that makes coffeeshop once homely... i was irk!! on 1 occasion, i have to move up the stove and change the cardboard the elderly use to pad the stove... upon removing... an array of cockroach and lizard eggs/shits spray out... dozen of infant cockroach and large size ants and unknown insects scatter... THATS THE LAST STRAW... i took 2 cans of baygon and stray the entire god-damn kitchen!!!! until it seems that an insect genocide has occur..... there goes my redemption...

this is my 1st time doing this kind of 'dirty' volunteer work... all of my previous volunteer work experience involve logistical support, counselling, educational workshops and organizing... elderly, kids, the underpriviledged, the mental/physical challenged etc... so i mux say.. this cleaning stint gave me a very deep insight...

Chronicle of TEP week 2..

This is horror movie week! jux look @ our lovely ladies's reaction watching Hostel!




Decide to be a good kid... and stay back in the lab till 5.30pm, while most of my TEP mates went off earlier.. play CS with martin & chee wei to kill time... while playing it.. martin kana caught by this FUCKING LECTURER who is also de co-supervisior of KM with Fuan.. this freaking cheebye kia is opp of Fuan, both physical and mental wise... give me fuan anytime! he confiscated our admin cards! wtf! feel anger... but dunno angry over wat... after an hr or so.. realize we are not angry because we might get warning / demerit points... is angry cox... we bu fu qi we are caught! ARGH! this is not gg to be the last time we gg to play in the lab, we will not delete the goodies! we shall defend the honour and preserve the dignity and way of life of BI KMers!

Nonetheless.. the tagline from SBM TEP lecturers.. simulating real working environment... PUI give me back my IBM internship anytime! i could have stay on my internship for 3mths, if not for the SBM lecturers shooting the IBM mgr down, reason being the need pple to run the NYP business centres... Fuck! @ least i can do some work over @ IBM.. over here... we have to spend 8hrs everyday here... and we can't play games, watch dvds etc.... but there's no work to do~!? do wat fuck? read news from all over de world ah~?

so much for real working environment... period

had a great workout today! impressive shit! ran abt 1.6km today... impressive.. and played 30mins or so of freebies + 400x 5kg dumbell lift (no shit! 200 on each arm, different positions)... cycle 20mins or so... i feel so energetic now.. man... i think i will feel de consequences tml...

Owww... 1 week @ TEP... i miss IBM... i m sure my fellow ex-IBMer miss there too... apparantly some of my frenx over @ IBM now say stress there.. shen zai fu zhong bu zhi fu! over here @ TEP... B.406... we have 10 peeps over here... 2 of us from 02, 1 poor thing from 06, and 7 from 07... fortunate engh to have nevin/feli/martin with me... owww...

but it irks me to have to do asp project... and another e-learning website... later former is scary... sort of like an enhancement proj to SBM archival system... man...

if we leave work alone... this place is FANTASTIC! DBI @ KM!

It's a Cinema, Chat & Reading zone, Arcade, LAN gaming centre and the ocassional canteen from 0830hrs to 1800hrs on mon-thurs, and 0830 - 1730 on friday... haha

wanna watch scary movie 4? no problem... how abt the movie 'Bug me not' that u miss last mth? fancy a game of DOTA or hero seige? itch for a game of crazy taxi? or simply love the nostalgic mario bros? tired of these? how abt a game of mahjong? thirsty? no prob! just ask any of our fellow team-mates on the way out to get u a drink or burger. And of course we have good food that day!! sakura international buffet! kaozzzzzzzz thats my kind of buffet.. if not for my illness.. i could have taken in more food!!! walk ard town after that.. went to play arcade.. and was dazzled by shu fen basketball skills.. and de female power in daytona... remind me of de amk daytona with my boys... revived soon!

This IPP is eventful and enriching... learnt many stuffs.. and advance mentally and emotionally... smth u can't buy with money as usual... Eventually, it's not the spinelli & mexican wedding i miss, nor is it the fantastic environment, nor is the delicious fish & chip or chicken katsu @ signature... it's the wonderful pple that shares these times with me... tai kang dong le!! thank you all for the times here!
