The Last 10 %

I got caught up in my new company, Unplug Meditation, and totally put my house on hold. Now that it is running smoothly I got a good re look at my home and there is still that last 10% that I want to finish. This is next on my vision board.  The tent and the concrete pool frame.  Do you Love?

unplug meditation studio: Before and After

I know it has been too LONG but I have been busy turning my vision board into a real place called unplug meditation . About a year and 1/2 ago I decided that I wanted to learn how to meditate and realized that I couldn't find a place that felt modern, chic and clean with meditation that was easy to learn and guided by inspirational teachers.  So, I decided to build it. It's called unplug meditation and the grand opening is this Tuesday. You are all invited to try it out this week free.
It's located at 12401 Wilshire Blvd suite 101, Los Angeles, CA 90025 Would love to hear what you think. Please.

When I found out the front desk was going to cost $17,000 I went into panic mode and then ran to Ikea
and bought a kitchen cabinet. I am so happy with it!

This is a magnetic book wall. The books float on the wall and the shelves are magnets. You can easily take the books on and off.
Wabi Sabi bookcase. The best part of being the store buyer is that I want everything inside.
Lauren Eckstrom one of unplug meditation's inspirational; teachers hanging on the shoe cubby.  I had the wall letters made by Craft Cuts and it was a great find. The cushion is charcoal flannel.

Love these meditation chairs the go into 5 positions and the art was made from large canvases from Blick and vinyl letters from Craft Cuts.
