first win of the season!

Nani broke through the luckless streak after the 68th minute with a superb shot from 25 metres.

Although they won against Martin Jol's team, it was Spurs who were superior in attacking. They had chances to score; berbatov's shot which was blocked by wes brown (claims of a handball, but he blocked it off with his chest), berbatov's persuasive tap of the ball, which seemed like it was destined for the back of the net before rio ferdinand rushed to clear it away (whew!).

robbie keane almost scored when his long range shot hit the crossbar. man utd was lucky, very very lucky. well, the curse has been broken and we've moved from the 19th position to the 10th; 5 points behind leader's chelsea (THU!).

evra proved his skills when he had a few opportunities to have a hand in goal. defence-wise, man utd has a long way to go. let's not forget that it was vidic's poor clearance that gave the ball to spurs. tsktsk.. we badly need neville back and heinze is dearly missed. anderson has recovered from his hamstring injury and saha will be on the bench during man utd's next fixture against roy keane's sunderland.

SIR alex ferguson, you really need to buy a good defender. thank you.

saturday was sivaji uncle's and bala uncle's bday.. partyyyyy! hanging out with divya and company sure was fun. we even managed to play soccer at the lift landing. haha..

working with uzair on sundayyy.. look, the kind soul has a kind soul friend who baked him choc chip cookies and brownie! and being the kind soul that uzair is, he offered me those yummy cookies.

DELICIOUS!!!!! if she starts a cookie shop (huh?!), i wld buy tons of cookies. they were THAT good i promise. soft and nice :)

worked with uzair last evening again.. so much of fun with him ard.. the last remaining companion before he enlists.. aye.. there's always the weekends yea.. so yeap, more prata dates like last evening, more profound discussions and lame-can't-catch-the-ball jokes!

secondary sch friends in primary sch campus; with appearances of pri sch principal & vice principal.. yeah uz, u wld know what i'm talking abt.. weird..

took a trip to sch with criz and uz. much-missed criz and crazy/naughty/random/crude/loud samantha tan (pls refer to photo).


madly played arcade with criz n uz.. haha.. trip to MOS burger proved that christina is talented at folding paper (wet) into alphabets! WOW.. haha.. amusing girl.. we bid her goodbye, and walked to workkkkk...


it was destined that i should meet dawn up on friday. somehow work got postponed :) down to suntec we went.. just to accompany miss michelle-sells-sea-shells.. we're such good friends..

she's a crazy girl, but she's still da same girl aight :) mixueeeee... and in da centre, ker yueh :))

its been a mad week.. from working at healthzone to staying over at kavi's place, eating SO MUCH, laughing over prakie's comments, driving around singapore, getting lost and finding my way thanks to Uz!

here's my boss; carolyn chia, the best boss :) working with her is so fun and funny and entertaining.. haha.. the kids as usual were wacky and shy.. my new-found-friend marcus was caught up with the sight of hot teachers.. HAHA.. we do seem to have plenty of young teachers around :)

DROVE out to buy CURRY PUFFS :p HAHA.. dropped chithi back home, sent mum home and wenta west coast to pick kavi's family for dinner.. whewwww... since we had plenty of petrol to spare, uncle drove to bukit panjang to surprise his sister haha.. yeahhhh... madness lah..


next morning mum and i wenta market.. forgot it was halfday for the schools and was caught in da traffic jam.. sheesh.. drove to woodlands to pick uzair up.. his block is mysterious, rarrrr... ended up making a wrong turn and driving towards sembawang park.. haha.. sucha fun trip.. and hard time finding upper serangoon shopping centre, turning into some residential car park, reversing... madnesss lahh... thanks UZ :)))

prata with shan, juan and adelyne.. too bad shan, we cldnt poison their prata.. wells, it was great seeing adelyne after a year.. as for juan, you know she always tags that she misses me and all but when we eventually meet up, she bullies me and irritates me. its just the way of life for us. the feeling's entirely mutual :)

haha.. i miss creating these comics.. blame eileen for she is always busy, you can never get through to her through phone calls, smses, email, snail mail and the list goes on..
somehow i've managed to find a recent photograph, taken after our last day at work at bishan stadium.. waffles at cartel :) laugh over it.. and rmbr, eileen isnt as mean as i picture her out to be :p in reality, she's nice!
