the 48th annual national primary track and field meet 2007 has had its last day on the 11th july. well done people! while minyi and i were fretting over the possibility that we could fall sick, we were not sick enough to not take any photos! :) goshhh.. talking is really tiring! especially over a microphone, in front of a crowd. thank u carolyn, i learnt tons from mr benny!

after a good meal at arab street (pandi i forgot the name of the place!!), where only ranjan and i ate, we take good photos with a good background. everyone thank me pls.

graduation 2007 - end of a chapter

SPORT & WELLNESS MANAGEMENT - CLASS OF 2007 :) we have finally graduated. sucha bittersweet feeling, the feeling of an unspoken emptiness as we realise no more dai-dee sessions in north canteen and strolling along nyp corridors. let the pictures speak.

half the class is here. the rest were taking photos with parents and relatives =)

this time with more friends :) very proud of the SW clan. we were the noisiest bunch in school and we still are :p glad these friends managed to make it for the ceremony. a fun get-together.

the trio - fid myself & uz. OI next year we celebrate our bdays together okay!:)))

even during the ceremony, we cldnt resist snapping away. minyi and firhan. poor firhan, i dunno what happened to him but he was tearing as he was watching the grad video. haha.. and all of us were teasing him. i'm gonna miss firry :( prata date okayyyy!

my 2nd friend in nyp and she stayed with me through three years :) crizzie wizzie! our lame jokes, random singing, plucking flowers (thats you!) and silly games during tutorials/lectures. love is criz and criz is love :)) now everyone goes "awwwwww...." :p

one of my favourite companions in and outta nyp :)) MEAN LEEN who really isnt mean lah! thank you for everything and i mean e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. i really love spending time with you so please ask me out more often okay! good girl!

another chapter has ended but cliched as it may sound, some bonds wldnt. haha.

running as fast as we can ..

gosh! its been ages since i updated. apologies once again. work or rather the weariness from work has been keeping me away from tons of typing..
helping dearest carolyn out at the 48th national primary track and field meet. what might i be doing there? since carolyn loves me so much, she allocated the job of being an announcer to me. thank you, i'm dying of being so nervous and making silly mistakes. the microphone doesnt like me at times but thank god for Mr Benny Chng, he rocks and he's a great teacher so i'm having on the job-training :)) its real fun to have uzair criz eileen and min working along with me plus making friends along da way. the kids are real nice and comical. haha.. refer to minyi's blog for her "funny booth" segment :p
leen and i at bishan track :) auntie eileen is a competitors' steward. she takes care of kids, along with criz min and a whole lotta others.

when minyi's off work, she's up to some comical antics. claiming the first position herself and kicking eileen off to the third. tsktsk.. haha.. 3rd day lunch was canadian pizza! jaya joined us.. jaya's a teacher who used to run back in the old days. haha.. and she still runs to bishan stadium in the mornings from her place, she stays in serangoon. such stamina man.. =)

yes, the announcer's table. beside me is mr benny, a very experienced announcer who has been announcing for over 40 years!!! but he still looks pretty young.. i have a co-announcer who has moved the secondary school meet. everyone comes along and "hey can you announce for so-and-so and this and that".. hha..

a very very very tired uzair. poor fella still had to go for his badminton tournament after work. he's a runner for the event. so he does every odd job, from running around to get the officials, preparing logistics, getting race winners etc etc and the list never ends.

after a hard day of work, we chill at macdonalds and GOSSIP! :) haha..

lets see if i rmbr any funny happenings during work;
while reading the winners' list, i didnt know how to pronounce the surname "oei" so i asked jia 'e and she glanced at it, burst out laughing and said she doesnt know. goshhhh! anyway this girl reminds me of netta. ahaha.. just too many girls ard who remind me of nett but jia 'e is a real nice person and also the results churners. haha.. okok tired alr! next post soon!
