Pennfield Christmas Concert

We attended the annual Pennfield Christmas Concert last week. Great Grandma Vi, Uncle Brock, and Nama and Pa Driver all joined us. The kids were dressed up and looked handsome and beautiful. The kids had a great time and enjoyed watching daddy on stage - well for the first few songs! After a few songs the kids were antsy in the seats and Thomas was ready to run up and play the drums that were on stage. One of the most memorable moments was when Blake came on stage, put his arms in the air to start the song and loud as can be Jennifer said "Dada, dada, dada, dada, dada!" It was cute and thankfully daddy thought it was funny too! After the concert the boys rushed on stage to play the drums and put on their own post concert concert. It was a fantastic evening of fun, great music and laughs at the funny things the kids did! Great job daddy! We love watching you conduct.

Family Pictures ~ Fall 2012

After many cancellations - our photographer due any day with a baby, rain, cold and sickness we finally found a nice November weekend to get our pictures taken. Although we missed the beautiful colors of the leaves we did capture some great moments (Thanks Steph at One Fourteen Photography)! I must say it is a project to get all five of us looking at the camera and smiling (and Blake and I not looking strung out from trying to get the kids to behave!)....but we did have fun and captured our life as a family of five as we know it...crazy smiles, giggles, pirate faces and all!
