The Thing's Mom's Do...

I can't believe my baby is this old. Oh, how time flies!
Jacob and Mrs. Ramos. I am really going to miss her. She really cared about Jacob. It was so sweet as she said a final goodbye to Jacob she told him she loved him. She says she is going to go visit him in kindergarten. How sweet. That made my eyeballs sweat a little.

Jacob's last preschool dance party .
I can't believe how fast my kids are growing up. My baby. A preschool graduate. UNBELIEVEABLE!

A am a little relieved this year is over. It has been the roughest of my life so far. Having Zach in half day morning kindergarten and Jake in half day afternoon preschool has been, well, challenging. This coupled with working nights has made this year absolutly chaotic. Many days when I shoulda been sleeping I would have to peel myself out of bed after 2 hours, go pick up Zach, get Jake from the babysitter, take them home and quickly get Jake fed and ready for school, take Jake to school, take Zach to co-op and try to get another hour or two of sleep before I have to do the pick up. There were so many days this year that I had to make myself function on 3-4 hours of sleep. My body no likey this at all. This explains why I keep getting sick.

This sleep deprivation I am sure is making me craky. It has also made me have several close calls driving home from work. I know I was being watched over on many of my drives home. It is miraculous to me that I survived without injuring myself or anyone else.

To rub salt into my sleep deprived wounds a co-worker of mine took some ridiculous pictures of me falling asleep whilst charting (I haven't seem them but I hear they are hysterical) and showed them to pretty much all of my co-workers. There is no feeling like the one you get when everyone is laughing at you. If I was in a better, more rested frame of mind I might have been able to laugh with everyone. But I am not well rested. I would like all of the people that got a good chuckle at that to try functioning on my schedule for one week. We will see who is laughing then.

Next year, oh gloriuos next year. All three kids in full day school. My immune system is going to like this!

Thank You Pinterest!

Thanks to Pinterest I may never need to be creative again!

Olivia wrote a nice thank you note to each of her teachers telling them that they taught her so much and how each one was a positive influence in her life. Love her!
