Gold Leaf Flower

 Hello Everyone!

Feeling the cool down here in Michigan. Love it!  Nice and cool at night too.

Wanted to share a card I made with a really great stamp set from Stampin' Up called Art Gallery.  I made lots of cards using this set and will be posting them over the next month or so.

I used a glue pad to apply the gold leaf.  This flower stamp is a two step stamp.  I used the stamp that would be used as shading and applied the glue from the glue pad.  I stamped as would normally do.  And then applied the gold leaf to the glue area.  Worked really well.

I did not add sentiments yet.  I will add sentiments later.

So glad you stopped by today. See you next time for a few more of the Gold Leaf Flower cards.  I also have a coffee themed Halloween card coming up in October.  See you soon!

Floral Friendship

 Hello Everyone!

I have been in the mood to make cards. I bought some new stamps and dies and have been making some things.  I made several friendship cards and a birthday card.  The flower was stamped with Ranger Adirondack inks and die cut.  I lucked out with this decorative paper.  The floral motif fit perfectly with the large die cut flower.  The first card is a friendship card with a bit of humor (see sentiment on inside). Stamps and dies from Stampin Up

Humorous sentiment on inside.

Birthday version of same design.

So glad you visited today!  See you soon with more cards I made with this large flower.

All stamps are from A Muse Studios.  I made the cards for an order and some for Operation Write Home.
