This challenge is open to your own interpretation but must be a new project related to the theme!

When I was growing up every year we had a huge family reunion, my grandparents rented a hall and it was catered, I remember running around like crazy with all my Cousins!
But now I live far away from my Family in New York and it is just my little Family here in Arizona, so when I think of Family Round Up I think of Family Barbeques!
You may not know this about me but I am the BBQ Queen in our house! That's right I do all the BBQ Cooking! It really is a must in Arizona, the last thing you want is to be turning on the oven when it is already 100+ degrees out!
So for this challenge I made this super fun 8X8 BBQ Scrapbook to record some of our fun family BBQ Memories in:

Time to get organized! Quick Tip Tuesday!

As part of the Creative Cutter Room design team I would like to share this quick tip with you!
I don't have a lot of time to craft between work, family and household chores, so to make my crafting time more productive I first spent my time getting organized!
I decided it would be easier to sort my supplies by theme and holiday!
Here are some examples of how I sorted:
These three drawers hold:
baby, school and travel

This larger bin holds Halloween and Fall

This 12X12 Sleeve holds Memorial Day and the 4th of July

Now when I craft I can easily pull out the bin I need and have all the supplies right on hand! This has been saving me so much time! Instead of looking for the stickers, and stamps I know I have some where I can get right to creating!

I also decided to tackle my dreaded ribbon! It took about 2 hours but it is done and now the ribbon is usable! and all this ribbon...

Fit into this!

Check out my super quick tip video!

I hope you enjoyed my quick tips!

Time to get rid of all that Scrap pattern paper!

Since Cathie with the Creative Cutter Room is on her Creative Cutter Alaskan Adventure I thought I would  share a quick tip  with you!

I have lots of pattern paper scraps:

Since I make cards 99% of the time, I cut my pattern paper scraps to the size of my two top card layers for a size A2 card.

First layer is cut at 5 1/4 X 4:

Second layer is cut at 5 X 3 3/4:

Then I match colors together, use a border punch, add string, round the corners and adhere them together:

Then when I am ready to make a card I just pick a card base and I am ready to go!

You can also use this technique on a lay-out when making  photo mats!

Hope you enjoyed this quick tip!
