whew
at LAST
cheered again
nothing beats
the excitement
packing down
and cheering your heart out
for acs
yeah
we lost both c and b div badminton
but hey
we got the squash b back!
and yeah
today was a good day of cheering
oh well

brought the 60m banner back
with pius and elendrus
and went to watch the ruggers
play
at long last
all the reputed nonsense they tell me in class
was pretty true
i guess
it paled in comparison to the super 12 match
and the pitch conditions made for some very
poor handling
and a generally start stop play
due to the ref
theyll be the team to watch for
i mean
they were playing against ppl
twice their size
and their pack forced the big
angmohs back
their backs were dwarves in comparsion
to the Overseas Family School
but they still dazzled the backlines
yeah
theyll bring back the rugby glory
and even if they lose to the saints
theyve promised the school
that if they meet our good friends from bishan
well
lets just say that they promised
much more than last year
when the RI captain limped out
with a broken leg

woke up feeling sick
couldnt stomach breakfast
drive to rjc was long
the wait at the canteen was longer
but oh well
at last we came to face RGS
the dreaded quarters
we heard stuff about RGS
brilliant speakers
deadly rebuttals and all
and they were just that
but...we still won....
thats one trial
then it was onto semi's
eagerly hoping we would meet CHIJ
we faced RI

and we beat them
a super close debate
could've gone both ways
jon auyong was scary
now

we lost tennis b
we lost x cntry c
we lost cricket b
we lost waterpolo c

RUGBY b
its a sad year for acs
but maybe
just maybe
this is the catalyst we've been looking for
to rekindle the ac fighting spirit
i mean
before the rugby finals
justin was saying stuff like

so who knows
maybe losing is a good thing.
