no doubt ill screw up some more tomorrow
but that just infuriates you

even if youre about to drop from dehydration

yeah!
friday!
at last!
woo hoo!
today was great man!
i mean
we got to skip class for cheering today!
rock on!
yeah
so we went down to boardroom
ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS
and well, met a whole lot of gloomy
angry seniors
who werent happy we were
late
but we were told to report that time!
nevermind!
no matter!
i mean
we went down there
and did some great cheers!
and three whole classes came down!
alright!
who cares if 90% didnt cheer?
effectively demoralising all the prefects?
it doesnt matter!
haha
yes
so after that
we all went off during lunch break
and guess what?
some seniors felt we werent up to standard
even though
WE WERE DOING OUR BEST
nevermind!
we'll work harder to reach the standard set!
haha
and the day just gets better!
cos
i headed down to training
dead tired and without a voice
and was given 30min to prep case!
so well
i went up there
screwed up rebuttals WORSE than last time
and even managed to screw the substantive as well!
brilliant!
but my day just gets better!
yup
was sent home later
so i went to the park to chill
oh well
who cares
if there was absolutely no space to kick around?
haha
i mean
waiitng for TWO HOURS throwing to yourself
really helps the relfex!
and then
when i finally got to kick
i kicked the ball straight up
and into the trees
LOSING THE BALL!
brilliant!
but who cares?
the day just rocked man!
i mean
so what if we were maligned?
so what if i screwed everything up for the second time?
so what if i lost my only rugby ball?
i mean that doesnt mean my friday cant rock right?
right?
right?

one long year
i guess..
there's really no point from hiding from everyone
about what happened a year ago
i was in love.
yeah..
it was..euphoric to say the least
a passionate affair
was both ways...
but circumstance...
forced us apart...
for one long year
i've been longing
thinking
dreaming
but for one long year..
i've been denied
school...parents...myself...
but now..
at long last..
my wait..is over
she's back
and i'm falling in love
all over again...
like i said
true love needs not hide...
so i'll just tell you....
she's called...

rugby.

well
one LONG year since i quit sch team
im back into the game!
joined the blacks rugby football club yesterday!
haha
yes
a 10 min crash course on ball handling
and bang
im playing touch rugby with 9 ADULTS
brilliant.
needless to say
foul up was the word of the day-
leaving the defensive line
markin the same man as another defender
missing a tackle
dropping a long pass
blocking my own players
oh well
but on the bright side
i scored two tries!!
and made several good runs,
gained some ground!
haha
was real fun!
but exhausting
i mean
for an unfit non-sportsman like me
2 hours of nonstop touch rugby can really kill
the lungs.
oh well
time to train!

yeah
on another note
i sucked at db8 today
totally screwing up my rebuttals
and arguing the entire case
(which wasnt too bad)
wrong
brilliant.
honestly
at this rate
we'll never make it past the prelims
we'll need
ALOT of training
if we want to get anywhere
sigh

ive been tackled
but im still holding the ball
draggin the defenders with me
but the whole backline's just waiting

but how long

my legs feel weak
the breath in me is exhausted

as i press on towards the try line
only 200m left
and 13 players
how long can i keep running?

valentines day was quite blast!

no aramis
i did NOT
get anything
so dont complain.

yup
day started off on a light note
headed down to Rivervalley for their invest
with jiayi and s.eng
haha
was real cool!
i mean
they had to make speeches in CHINESE!!
*gasp*
other than that
the councillors were REAL friendly!
had a lovely chat with faith , the ELDDS gal
and Guang Bin(or something like that), the band major!
haha
showed us round the school
so i was sweating through my blazer
cos we couldnt take it off
aha
anyway RV was a nice place
very commie tho.
if two students are caught having
a gf/bf relationship
they can consider themselves expelled.

dad & mom
dropped me off an NUS

waltzed in to everyones stares
cos no one else was in blazer
basically slacked and steamed the whole day through
timed a debate
and slacked off in the audi for the last one
and discovered john and felicia(from mgs) flirting shamelessly

a toast
ladies and gentlemen
i propose a toast
to a grand senior
now long and gone
from the halls
of acsi
yet
his mark remains
etched
on our walls
and on our minds
forever
early on in the year
he would take time with his other senior
and train us juniors
juniors that were oft thrown aside
in other cca's
by other sec4's
juniors that were immature
and were lacking
no
better yet
he talked to us
got to know us
as a senior
but also as a friend
which one of us
could forget the things he taught us?
whether it be structure
or the art of a good pun!
ever entertaining us
with constant jokes
and a masterful play of words
he was always the speaker
to listen out for
during a boring debate
"Iraq? no, we rock"
"everyone here has an agenda..
male, or female"
always up for some new thing(nightwalk at db8 camp!)
or for some crazy new game (stripdi!)
he

was always at the heart of the party

SICK AGAIN!

mum was right
about the late nights

missed worship
missed fl
missed phototaking
missed rehearsal
missed EP

swell.
never again will i sleep late
for weeks in a row
or so i say.
