I had in mind to rip up the turtleneck... because it feels a little scratchy..........but it´s warm, so I keep it.

That earring, sold a few years back, lost his partner.

So I have to make a counterpart..no problem at all!

But now they look a bit different.... one of them has to take a bath! guess who?

I mainly try to live sustainably, but when I saw the film I recognized that my effort seems to be not nearly enought.

Old beads

Here you can see faceted approx. 60 years old beads . To work with is rather time consuming, you have to sort out a lot. Btw, the ruler shows mm, not inch!
In large part I use old beads in my work. "Old beads" means , they may be up to 1 and a half century old... most of the old beads, that I have, are approximately 50 to 100 years old.

It is quite hard to define. Characteristic is: old beads are much more uneven than new produced. They sometimes are unevenly colored, and the holes are all a different size.

A new fellow lodger

I bought a small plate roll, today it arrived. It´s great to have one of my own to experience with crinkled silver jewelry! I had some rolled sheet silver in stock, but it´s used up.

currently I change my beading needles with some much bigger knitting needles.

The subject could become a pullover, I hope it works because I´m crafting without a pattern.
