4. points to note/challenges
5. advantages and disadvantages of the method (please put it in a table)
6. additional case studies (other tunnels etc)
point 2-6 are all FLAGON RELATED.
i'm not sure why u said u had a hard time finding info about flagon. i remb giving you the website from the day u asked me the proprietary product used by circle line. i just did a quick search on the website and there are so much information.

Wow great. First of all you are not very polite, and putting all the blame on me. It would be great if that was the only problem. Unfortunately it's not. Ok let's clarify the issue. You said:

Firstly, when has you ever told me that points 2-6 are supposed to be FLAGON RELATED??? Below is the previous email you told us to do:

for parts 1-6, ALWAYS link the topic back to circle line - how is it used and applied. sorry if i mentioned that you can only mention circle line at the back, but i think it is better if you start from the beginning. in this way the report will be more focused.
if you are unable to find anything about the product with regards to circle line, for the beginning of each part, add "In Circle Line's context.... blah blah blah"
lets make presumption since we are at this stage and do not have much time left.
add as many diagrams/figures/pictures if possible, but please ensure you provide explanations and reference to ALL THE PICTURES.

You didn't mention anything about doing the whole report on Flagon. I did changes to what you required. So please don't say that "what you sent me is not the focus of the report as required ".
Next, I did not remember saying that I've a hard time finding info about Flagon. I probably said that I had a hard time finding info for PVC membrane, even going down to the library to find less than a page info on it. Further, I did not know the focus was on FLAGON! If you have told me right from the start I would have know wouldn't I? I remember you telling me something about flagon, and I told you that flagon is just the brand and the characteristics are all the same since the material used is PVC. Duh. Finally, I was sure you previously said that the whole report was ok except for the parts mentioned above (in red).
To add on, the LTA guy did not mention about Flagon during his presentation. I would not expect the whole report to be about Flagon. After all PVC sheet membrane use PVC as the material, the brand will not have a significance difference. In addition, he did mention that Bituthene 3000 and Preprufe were widely used but he did not say about the PVC membrane part. Perhaps it’s necessary to find out why Bituthene 3000 and Preprufe were widely used but Flagon? From my understanding, the LTA mentioned that the contractor recommend the product used and if the LTA approved then that will be used. So Flagon may not be the best product. I do not expect you to agree with me that the report should be on PVC as a whole and not Flagon. But if you wanted me to do Flagon in details and the whole focus on it then you should have told me in the first place and not leave me to redo everything in one day! I do not know what you want anymore and if you want to do an overhaul of the report please edit it to your liking. It’s not my fault for not knowing what you want exactly.

yes, i agree with you that we didnt know the PVC membrane used by circle line was flagon, because the LTA guy didn't tell us during the presentation.
however when you asked me about the proprietary product they were using (a few days after the presentation), i thought you are going to do a thorough research on flagon already. this is because we already knew for pre-applied they used preprufe, for self-adhesive they used bituthene. so naturally, i thought you would know for PVC, they used flagon and the focus will be on flagon.
and i have sent u cassandra's part on preprufe as reference, so i am not sure why you didnt know what the focus of the report is, because i couldn't find anything else better than that.
that was why i said "what you have done is not the focus of the report".
i didn't know that you are only to include the sentence "LTA used flagon PVC membrane"..

--> when you only mentioned 1 line in the part you sent me, i thought there was no info abt flagon. thats why i proposed the idea of including it in the 'opening statement'. but yesterday when i tried to compile the report again, i find that the part on PVC is too vague, so i went to flagon's website and found all those.

lastly, i am not pushing all the blame to you. i am just letting you know that the part you have done is not exactly what we need. yes, i am not very friendly in the email. but do you know how the team is working now with people coming to meeting as and when they want? i already kept quiet about you sleeping during the LTA presentation and our own project meetings already. i cannot control if you feel out of place during our own project meetings, i do not have any problem with that. but do you know how rude it is to sleep at the LTA presentation? if i am the LTA person, i will be offended. i think you understand my point.

it is not reasonable for you to just send 1 sms to gwen and say:

daniel, you have sent me 2 versions of the report and i understand you are tired because i asked you to change this and that. but do you know, how many versions the rest sent me? at least 5. if u put urself in my shoes, imagine i have to read and edit 5 versions x 5 pple = 25 versions. no, i'm not saying how noble i am to read 25 versions, but pls understand there are members in our grp taking 6 modules (and all are working) but everyone is still putting in all their effort for this project.
well, this reply is just to clear the air. i hope the email fulfilled its purpose. meanwhile, i will work on the report myself.
