A certain rich businessman had a beautiful daughter, who fell in love with a guy who was a cleaner.

When the girl's father came to know about their love, he did not like it at all, and so began to protest about it.

The couple went to town to shop for the wedding dress.He was dressed in a white shirt that day. While he was crossing the road to the other side to get some drinks for his fiancee, a car came and hit him and he died on the spot. The girl lost her senses. It was only after some time that she recovered from her shocked. The funeral and
cremation was the very next day as he had died horribly.

Two nights later, the girl's mother had a dream in which she saw an old lady. The old lady asked her mother to wash the blood stains of the guy from her daughter's dress as soon as possible. But her mother ignored the dream.

The next night her father had the same dream, he also ignored it.

Then when the girl had the same dream the next night,she woke up in fear and told her mother about the dream. Her mother asked her to wash the clothes which have blood stains immediately.

She washed the stains but some remained. Next night she again had the same dream she again washed the stains but some still remained.

Next night she again had the same dream and this time the old lady gave her a last warning to wash the blood stain, or else something terrible will happen. This time the girl tried her best to wash the stains,and the clothes nearly tore, but some stains still remained.

She was very tired.

In the late evening the same day while she was alone at home, someone knocked the door. When she opened the door she saw the same old lady in her dream standing at her door.

She got very scared and fainted.

The old lady woke her up... and gave her a blue object, which shocked the girl.. She asked 'What is this...?'

The old lady replied...


'Aiyaa……..try DYNAMO LIQUID SOAP... just a dab and it will remove all stubborn stains!!!'

drama madness

i just finished a 18 hour drama marathon!

a journey called life

xiu must be very proud of me cuz she urged me to watch this drama! please don't be deceive by this poster. when i saw it, nothing excites me cuz i thought it will be a 'sportsman' kind of drama.

IT IS NOT.

hahaha. actually, it revolves abt marathon but definitely not the selling point of the drama. it revolves around many things about life and the scriptwriters brilliantly incorporated the idea of marathon into our everyday lives.

i'm not going to elaborate and tell you the whole story. but it goes like this.

1. chao ah lian who hates her dad and stepmother cuz she believed that they caused the death of her mum. but towards the end, she realised her mother is the real bitch.
2. chao ah lian, as usual, had many boyfriends, sex, drugs, alcohol..
3. lost her dearest friend to drugs.
4. almost got raped by step brother.
5. turns over a new leaf and managed to secure a wonderful husband anyone can ask for.
6. might be infertile cuz she had too many illegal abortions.
7. finally pregnant. but an accident caused by her sister in law caused her baby to die in the womb.
8. her sister in law just aborted her baby before causing the accident. (this part vvvv messy everything is happening but vvvv nice)
9. sister in law was so vain and materialistic that caused her death
10. husband finally broke down after being the pillar all the while. lost the will to do anything.

okay, i am bad at portraying the whole picture but this review i came across is damn good!

oh yeah, currently i am watching this drama too!

i have been anxiously waiting for the release of this sequel! spoilers alert, ding ding will die and it is damn sad *piang*

please watch the prequel and you will automatically be hooked to the sequel. heeheehee!

after watching it, i regretted not taking science in jc. LOL. their job is so damn cool. so my next best alternative is to be a COP.

oh yeah, linda chung is my favourite actress now. although my sister calls her a bitch everytime she sees her (cuz linda chung is frankie lam's girlfriend in forensic heroes and my sister LOVES frankie) i continue to ignore her. well her acting improved tremendously compared to shows like heart of greed and virtues of harmony (jie da huan xi). looking forward to more of her drama!

and shit! i've run out of things to watch. anyone can recommend me any? i know gossip girls is very suitable for someone so bitchy like me, but i need my dosage of hk drama! dou zeh! (i have been secretly learning cantonese cuz i opted for canto instead of mandarin while watching haha!)

oh it is finally here!!! singapore pool odds is favouring man u, but those newpaper editors are betting chelsea to win! BOOOO. i will wear my jersey and watch the whole match today!

i met up with eliza, kim, xiu, rani and pei yest cuz i was consolidating the clothes donation at houg mall. kudos to eliza who carried that heavy bag all the way from woodlands, to pei cuz she diligently packed the clothes but "forgot" to take it when we left the foodcourt and dearest kim for being lazy and thus not able to contribute. HAHAHA. just kidding.

and kudos to rani who passed me the clothes today and tina and her sis for their 3 bags of clothes! the cab driver was very funny cuz the moment i left tina's block, he asked me "where is your next destination to collect more bags?" and i just told him i'm done with collecting and i going to deposit already. he is so nice to carry the 6 big bags for me from the boot!

and lazy me, i was too shagged from carrying the bags so i cabbed home :x and i really regret my decision to board that cab! the uncle is those vvvv old kind and, i know i am very evil, but i don have very good impression with them. for today, this uncle took his own sweet time to drive from simei to hougang.. and even though there are no cars infront of him he was still travelling at 50km/hr. and he never move beyond 3rd gear!!!!!!!!!!!! *piang*

i wanted to 'remind' him that there are not many cars and advise him to go faster but i decided not too cuz i'm worried that if he speeds he cannot react quick enough. so..... the stupid trip home cost the same from my home to tina's and to szehwei's. *piang piang*

hehehe. as i was packing the clothes yesterday, my dad asked me whether did i include his share. well, as usual i replied very crudely.

"papa. people there suffered from malnutrition. not as fat as you. 1 of your shirt can fit 3 of the normal size people there."

"aiyah, they can use my 1 shirt and make into 3 shirts what! not good meh!!!"

lol. i took this birthday calculation thingy at facebook and guess what!

my ideal successful carrer will be something to do with IT. looks like computing is not that bad after all, since my sis's friend is a tutor at nus.


i think the prediction is quite true. however, not so much of the last part. the last part is only genuine when i was in secondary school. i cannot imagine myself doing what i have done in sec 3. eamonn did not believe that i've become an introvert and persuading him 2 hours did not change his mindset at all. maybe he should hang out with me soon since he is enlisting!!!

oh yes, i just calculated how much i have spent shopping online since april.

1. man u jersey (it has arrived today!!!!!!!)
2. mask and facial products (alot of items!)
3. 2 d&g tees and 1 notebook
4. 3 threadless tops
5. 3 old navy flip flops and 1 top [eh i have 1 pair of flip flops which is too small for me, any takers? size 6 but the cutting is smaller]

6. on this spastic looking sunglass but it is so cute and cool. i plan to wear it to bangkok!
i thought i mentioned no more shopping that time? haiz. LOL. but my stuff are all cheapo and SALE stuff.

and on my wishlist is still the ipod touch. hai. factoring out my bangkok trip ($360 for ticket + hotel, $500 for shopping) i am left a bank book with no deposit inside already.

MONEY PLEASE DROP FROM THE SKY PRETTY/HANDSOME PLEASE? but don't shake or blow anything to cause more disasters.

actually, i feel very very guilty to be spending so much money when i'm not earning. i only spent a portion of it on my transport and i hardly eat out these days.. so my excess cash = shopping. with all the disasters around these days, i am even more guilty! so i donated $50 to red cross to make myself feel better. but of cuz i'm going to do more than that.

oh ya, nus sent me a email about foreign language programmes. i am considering whether to take it up. i guess i wont take up korean for the fact that i hate kimchi and the rude people i met there. french or german? i think i will go for german since i supported germany for world cup 06. oh yeah oh yeah euro cup is coming!!!

i love may-sept. so much activities coming up for sports fanatic! champions league, euro 08, wimbledon, olympics, f1 in spore~ :D:D

i had my math paper today. this has to be my most unprepared paper so far (well, i didnt prepare much for ALL my papers actually). i only took my notes out at 4am and frantically trying to remember the formula and SURPRISINGLY i can do the paper! *claps* that is like the ONLY paper that i think i can pass confidently. oh yes, SOMETHING has to happen to every paper i take. for the paper today, i DIDNT know i cannot use a calculator. so i actually wrote the model number on the scripts and i was trying VERY VERY HARD to cancel it away when i saw the instructions on the question booklet "Calculators may not be used for this examination".

i cannot wait for my exams to be over (actually i have always been in holiday mood, but i still have this tinge of 'stress' and 'pressure') cuz i want to do many things, like designing my own template, EXERCISING and get tanned. too many excuses so i HAVE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

i'm backkkkkkkk!

do you miss me? well i dont think you do. heh heh.

so, 2 papers down for me but i'm not exactly excited or depressed cuz i only studied 1 day before the papers, and when i say studying i mean i RECAP :D i wasted my parents' 10k.

to my horror the exam hall was right at the end. expo is not exactly accessible to me. the route goes like this.

walk to a bus stop that is not near to my place, take a bus to either tampines or pasir ris (30 mins), then walk to mrt station, then take the train to tanah merah, then change the train to expo.

then walk another 10 mins (fast paced walking) to hall 1. holy crap.

well, luckily today i am spared from the walking cuz tina's daddy drove me there from pasir ris!

well, its been long since i sat down for a written exam. the feeling is not the same. in jc, i panic when i cannot do the questions, when i don have enough time, when i blank out and forget everything.. the list goes on. but for this, i can sleep, eat, watch friends, do online shopping.... i'm a terrible student.

then it was econs paper yesterday. i never knew an exam hall can be so big. as there were no instructions given, i walked to the end of the exam hall to find out that i never check my sitting arrangement. so i made my way out to check......... and after vying for a spot to check my seat, i have to squeeze out of the crowd and make my way to find my seat.

the paper started. then 2 guys walked towards me and told me i was at the wrong seat. after running in and out of the hall for a good 5 mins i realised i saw the wrong number. i "should" (please note the inverted commas) be sitting at 891 but i sat at 893. so i went to 891 and found someone sitting at my seat.

so the 2 of us went to the invigilator to clear the mess. it turned out that that seat belonged to neither of us. the sitting arrangement is according to our degrees and TO MY HORROR i found out that the person (891) has the exactly same name as me, taking the exact same degree as me. what a timing!

people in the hall are scribbling fiercely while i am strolling around waiting for the invigilators to find my seat for me (ps: they are trying to find my seat for me 1 by 1 using files, there is no computer or whatever when there are 1000 candidates!) . after a good 20 mins, i finally have somewhere to rest my butt. even though i started 20 mins late, i left 11 mins earlier. i chose to leave 11 mins before the paper end cuz we are not allowed to leave 10 mins before. lol. actually, i could have left 1 hour before cuz i stared at the macro question blankly. it was as if the macro questions are greek and not english.

for the stats paper today, not so much hiccups except for the fact that my calculator doesnt have the square root function. we are only allowed to use those cheapo calculators with no memory function and i made the effort to get a laopok but reputable casio BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE A SQUARE ROOT (i assumed all reputable calculators have the basic functions). but how wrong.

so today, while trying to find the standard deviation from the varience 0.0003426 (i think) i spent a good 5 mins doing trial and error. very lame i know.

i think this is one of the more interesting entries i've blog for a long time. my life has been too mundane.

oh well, i decided to join szehwei to help out slc but found out that mr kwek is no longer in charge of slc! slc is spared :x:x:x!!! but then, if there is no one that we know in slc, it is quite awkward to help out also right? i'll see how it goes.

mothers' day is this sunday! hai. actually i am supposed to have dinner with my family today but my parents kana the flu bug. dad got it first and infected my mum. oh ya, my dad did something amazing again.

as he was coughing his life away, my sister bought him the woods coughing syrup. but i think the coughing made him a little blur and giddy, he mistook the cough syrup as the eczema lotion. he didnt realise it himself until i saw his dark feet. i always remembered his lotion to be WHITE. so i had another amusing conversation with him.

"papa how come your feet so black one"

"huh. black meh. i dark lah"

"no leh. did u apply something?"

"ya, applied the lotion."

"but i thought the lotion is white?"

"?_?" (he is thinking)

then, i risked my sense of smell to smell his feet, freak it smells different!

"papa, did u apply the cough syrup?"

"!!!!!" (my dad)

"..." (me)

"no wonder my feet feels so sticky lah!"

now you know where i inherit my blur nature from.

bloody weather

i tried sleeping at 1am yesterday (my usual sleeping time for the past 2 weeks is 5am)

i twist and turn my bed..........................................

until 5am i still cannot sleep!

i got so fed up that i went into the other room, switch the air-con on, STUDIED ECONS until 6.30am.

this is like the 2nd time i switch on the aircon........ despite this period with this bloody weather (so vulgar lol)

cuz to me this is a vicious cycle.

global warming = climate getting warmer = people pekchek = more pple switch on air con = global warming condition worsens = climate gets warmer = more pple get pekchek = the whole world switch on air con.............

so, use a fan if possible until you cannot tahan like me!

what a day

30th april

1. man u against barcelona. i screamed at 3.05am and woke my mum cuz of the superb goal.

2. i got into nus. but. COMPUTING.

3. i went to the new e hub at downtown east. not badddd.

4. after watching a movie there, i witnessed an accident at pasir ris. what an experience at 1am. (okay, this is considered 1 may liao)
