Tilda's Lov'n the Beach

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! I wish they would not go by so quickly. Today I would like to share my new card featuring Flip Flop Tilda. Yipee, I finally got to use my new dies from the Magnolia Doo Hickey Die Collection #1. I have to say my favorite is the jelly fish. So happy I purchased them........

I can't believe how quickly the summer is speeding by. The weather here has been awesome. Because of the rain in the evening every few days everything is still a nice, lush green. Welcome to Elisabeth Bell's challenge "For the Boys".

Isn't he just the cutest ever! The name of the image is "Duckie". I colored my image with Copic markers E000, E00, R20, E70, E71, E74, R37, R39, Y00, Y11, Y13, Y15, BG05, BG06, YR18, G93, G96. I used distress ink for the sky and some of the grass and spica pens on some of the smaller details.  For die cuts I chose Magnolia Doo Hickey Tilda tag and Memory Box Umbrella die. To complete my card I used ribbon, cheese cloth, floss, duck brad and a wooden embellishment.

Sweet Tilda

Hello,

I would like to share my DT card for Midweek Magnolias new challenge "Easel Card". I would like to share easel card starring Tilda with Leo the Lion. The paper is from Magnolia plus some misc papers from my stash. I colored my image with Copic Markers and paper pieced Tilda's outfit. The dies I chose for my design are Magnolia Doo Hickey dies Heart Tag, Swirly Butterfly - Cherry Lynn Flourish die and Martha Stewart Butterfly punch. I used a  chipboard key and painted it with Crackle White paint. To complete the look I chose cheesecloth, tulle bows, flowers, chipboard, pearl bling, and lace.

Collecting Shells

I would like to share my DT project with you. I chose to do a metal pail filled with shells. This is one of my DIL and my favorite thing to do except of course crafting. I found this sea shell template on line here. I used frantage and frilly trim on the seashell.

I used  Little Best Friends by Elisabeth Bell image - Elisabeth Bell Designs for my card. I colored them with Copic Markers (E0000, E00, E31, YR20, YR21, C00, C01, C03, R20, R37, R39, E41, E42, E43, E44, W00.

Romance is in the Air

I would like to share my DT card our Magnolia Forever challenge lace, pearls and ribbon.

I used this adorable wedding couple which I colored with Copic Markers (E000, E00, R01, R0, E70, E71, E74, BG93, BG96, R37, R39, C00,C01, C03, C05). I used Stationers Notepad from Prima, lace, pearls, pearl bling, flowers, pins, ribbon La La Land Corner Die, Cherry Lynn Flourish Die and Shabby White Frantage.  

Well I am to the craft store with my buddies and my DIL. Can't wait to have some fun and good laughter. I hope you all enjoy your day.

Christmas In July

Happy Sunday!

I am so happy my DIL is here for a week. We had a great time today shopping at the outlets. On Tuesday we are going to meet up with my craft friends. Off to the scrap store to buy some goodies. Today I would like share my Christmas Tree tag. I used a piece of chip board in the shape of a tree and cover it with Graphic 45 "12 Days of Christmas. I colored her with Copic Markers E000, E00 R20, E31, YR20, YR21, C00, C01, R37, R39. To accent portion of my design including Tilda's dress I used Shabby White Frantage. The embellishments I chose are flowers from Petaloo, snowflakes, repurposed ribbon and pieces of the DP.

Is everyone ready for the weekend! My DIL is coming for the week and I am so very excited.

I would like to share my tag today featuring Elisabeth Bell Digi Li'l Princess Tu-tu. I colored my image with Copic Marker and added a bit of Frantage. The paper is from Graphic 45 The Nutcracker. I used a chip board stocking to create  the tag and add ribbon, lace and chipboard sentiment. Summer Fun

It can't really be July...... Where is the time going? I hope you will join us over at Midweek Magnolias for our new challenge Summer Fun. Our sponsor is 

I chose to make my son this card. It loves to hike and one summer he hiked all the 4,000 footers in NH.  There are 48 of them. Now he lives in Sun Valley Idaho which he absolutely loves. Lots of hiking and snowboarding. I miss him tons.
