Rainy Days and Mondays
What a spectacular weekend! Beautiful weather and an outing with fellow paper crafters to "Absolutely Everything". They really had absolutely everything. I bought lots of goodies. I bought a book for a friend who just had a baby girl. Here is one page I completed tonight.
Don't you just love the Inky Antics stamp? I think the turtle is adorable. I used my Prisma pencils and added a little glitter. The Bo Bunny polka dot paper is my fave.....

April Showers!
It feels like April with all the rain and warmer temperatures. With this in mind Richard is making his debut with his sassy new umbrella. I used Prismacolored pencils PC905, PC914, PC924, and PC1008 to color Richard and the umbrella. Also, used were Copic markers Y38 and W4 plus Spica pens silver and baby blue.

Easter Cards
Here are some Easter Cards I made after my class this weekend. On the pink cards I used Memory Box papers and on the blue cards I used the new vintage Easter paper I purchased plus some adorable polka dot paper. I embossed with blue and gold powder to compliment the paper. Don't you just love the velvet ribbon?

Oh Happy Day!
I had a wonderful day at "Ink About It" stamping and shopping. Here are some cards from the Memory Box Spring class. I love the Easter eggs. My husband's favorite was the egg tree. Tomorrow I will post the cards from the second class I took.
Today my friend Connie and I decided to challenge each other by committing to post at least three times a week to our blogs. So Connie you need to get posting....

An Island Feel
Another Memory Box day. The hibiscus flowers are so beautiful. I used AMUSE Popsicle pink paper, memory box printed paper, rose pink ink for the solid hibiscus, Copic RV10 and a hint of a red spica and clear pen for accents on the flowers. The sentiment is from Rosies Roadshow. Let's not forget the pearl bling!

Spring is in the air
The fantastic weather we are having inspired me to create this card with 3 happy sunflowers! Can't you just feel them smiling up at you. What a nice reminder that spring is on the way.
I used copic Y21 and Y38 on the flowers and YG23 and YG63 on the leaves. I gave them each a little glitz with a clear glitter pen and olive spica pen.

Momma G's V-Day Card Event
I am so behind on posting. I have been away for two weeks - Las Vegas and California. I miss the palm trees but I am glad to be home. So here's the scoop.
My son is an RA at UNH and one of his responsibilities is to plan events for his residents. He asked me to teach a Valentine Card activity for his residents. I agreed. I prepared 20 packets; only expecting about 4. But what a surprise I had 19 - 13 GUYS and 6 young ladies. They seemed to have a good time. The guys really liked the bling and were really into coloring with Copics.
We made a card with an owl image from Memory Box. I had seen a similar sample at Ink About It. The other was a treat holder using images from AMUSE - gumball machine or heart balloons. A great time had by all!
Enjoy a few photos from Momma G's event.
