It's hard to believe this is the last day of 2010! I hope you have some fun plans for the evening. Below are the next four months of my sister's calendar.
May, another beautiful stamp from Memory Box.
June, the butterfly, from Memory Box was stamped with Color Box Robin's Egg ink. I then stamped the butterfly wing with this cute flowered paper and attached it to the butterfly.
July, I cut the seashells from an Outline Rubber stamp and colored the shells with Copic Markers. I added a little smooch for some glitz.
August, is from the collage stamp above. I don't know about you but I could sure use a day at the beach collecting seashells.
May God Bless You in the New Year!

Calendar Book
I wanted to share the calendar I made for my sister. I will show you four months today. I used Marjolaine paper pad from BasicGrey. I love this paper.
For January I used a digital image from Chi Chi Memories. What an adorable snowman who was colored with Copic Markers. I added a little glitz using a silver gel pen and black and orange Spica pens.
February was on of my favorites from Outline Rubber Stamps. Colored with Copic Markers and I added Siren smooch to the hearts.
March is a beautiful butterfly stamp from Outline. Colored with Copics and the details were enhanced with a silver glitter pen and a Black Spica pen.
April's stamp is from Memory Box. I used a nice spring time green to these sweet butterflies.
Which one is your favorite?

Butterfly Invasion
What a difference a day makes. It was so beautiful and sunny when I drove home it reminded me of March then I told myself March is couple of months away. However, these butterflies bring a touch of spring time to a beautiful winter day.
The butterfly stamp is from Outline Rubber stamps which I received for Christmas from my wonderful husband. Below are two that I made in different colors and paper.
For the yellow butterfly I used:
Copic - Y28, YR21, YR02, Y38, Y21 - silver gel pen, black Spica pen and Pumpkin Smooch. I inked the edges with Tim Holtz Wild Honey Distressed Ink. For the mat I used Spellbinders Peony.
Blue Butterly:
Copic - Y28, B02, B04, B06, B41 -silver gel pen, black Spica Pen and Ocean Soul Smooch. I inked the edges with Tim Holz Broken China Distressed Ink. I used the same Spellbinder for the mat as for the yellow.
Thanks for visiting. Watch for the calendar creation tomorrow.

I am very excited; I am applying for Chi Chi Memories first ever DT call! Below are my submissions as part my application. I hope you enjoy my projects as I had a great afternoon creating them. I have not been on an official design team however, once a month as part of Rosie's Sisterhood I do post a project. I love paper crafting and my favorite part is picking out the color theme and embellishments for each project. It would be an honor to be part of the Chi Chi Memories design team your images are adorable. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
First, is this adorable snowman. I used paper from My Mind's Eye (Lost & Found "Princess") and a cream colored netting to cover the container. I used my Nordic Snowflake punch with pink velour paper. Below are the items I used to complete the container:
Copics: BG10, R02, R21, R32, RV11, YR07
Spica Pen: Pitch Black, orange
Flower Soft: Polar White, Baby Pink
Cream Ribbon
Chi Chi Memories: Snowman Digi Stamp
Liquid Glass
Second, is a chubby little penguin. Again paper from My Mind's Eye (Portobello Road "Buddies") with all its glimmer and glam to create an icy look. Here are the items used on this card:
Copics: BG10, BG11, BG13, BG18, YR21, YR24
Spica Pen: Black
Chi Chi Memories: Penguin Digi Stamp
Liquid Glass
Polka Dot Ribbon
Lastly, here is the submission to PWCO Summer Challenge (green, yellow, blue, red) for Chi Chi Memories.
Here is my submission for my challenge. I used this super cute image from Chi Chi Memories - Always by Your Side. I made this little first aid band aid holder. I colored the image with Copic markers and added a little glitz with the spica pens. The get well sentiment was done with Whispered Words flock alphabet and colored with a copic marker. To add a little extra on the green polka dot paper I used some liquid glass.

2010 Christmas Cards
I finally got inspired. Yesterday I went shopping with my scrap-a-holic friends and found the final pieces for my cards. The paper is "Winter Joy Bundled" by Bo Bunny; I just love the bright festive colors in the paper. I used the Crystal Snowflake from Memory Box and the inner snowflake is from the Martha Stewart punch Nordic Snowflake. Each snowflake was misted with Old Lace Glimmer Mist. I used the Amuse stamp Vintage Merry Christmas which is embossed with Zing Silver embossing powder. Lastly, for the final touch I added some green ribbon. Tomorrow my husband will mail them! On to the next project.

Christmas Beauties
I just love these glitter ornaments. I used future floor finish as the glue and added Martha Stewart iridescent fine glitter. I colored the caps with a matching Copic marker. On the red ball I painted the white flowers with Be Positive glitter glam and added a pearl bling to the center. The pink ball was embellished with light pink flowers and I added Creme de Rouge to give them a little glitz.

Family Memories
Here is my finished tray from 7 Gypsies. I had a wonderful scrap weekend with the girls about two weeks ago. We all started trays.
I used paper from a SEI paperpad moonrise. I absolutely love this paper. I printed the pictures in Sepia so they would blend nicely with the paper. I used Archival Coffee ink around the edges of all of my paper embellishments. My good friend Kerry gave me the adorable butterflies.

Friends of Dorcas
Well this weekend was the Pumpkin Dessert Hour for Dorcas at our church. I am on the Social Ministry committee and helped put the event on. Here is the invitation, the program, name tags and favor I made for the event. The ladies had a great time. Lot of yummy goodies - pumpkin crisp, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin whoopie pies, apple cranberry crisp and chocolate chip cake. YUM!

Gumball Anyone
The Amuse Gumball Machine was colored with Copics RV10, R39, Y02, YG19, R29, YR09. I used liquid glass on the gumball so that they would stand out. To give it a littler glimmer I used a silver spica. The pink velour paper gives it a rich look. Oh, how could I forget I splattered the card with Creme de Rouge glimmer mist. Glitter Mist is fabulous! Just ask my friend Kerry.

More Halloween Treats
Yeah! It's Friday. I am so excited I am going to spend the weekend scrapping with my friends. Lots of food, fun, laughs, and paper crafting.
The stamps used for these treats which I sent with my husband to Budapest for our youngest son, were clips from the Halloween framed project on Wednesday. What a versatile stamp. The pumpkin in the window frame is from another stamp.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Halloween
Halloween is around the corner. This stamp is pretty awesome and just perfect for some Halloween fun! I used Copic markers, Spica pens and Martha Stewart glow in the dark glitter to create this Halloween scene. I mounted the picture on my favorite polka dot paper in purple, used my cricket to create the letters for Happy Halloween and for the final touch I framed it in a simple black picture frame.

Sunflowers in October
I just love this stamp. I got it on one of my trips to Chicago at the Paper Source. The image was colored with E13, E57, Y38, and Y21. Liquid glass was used to accent the center of flower and a clear star jelly roll pen was used to accent the petals of the flower. Don't you just love the paper - it SEI Moonrise. Love it!!! One of my good scrapping friends gave me a piece to use. I think this is my favorite paper....I've got to order some...

Mallary's Day at the Beach
I was on a quest to create 10 different cards for my son CJ and his friend Ian who are doing a semester abroad in Budapest. So I chose Mallary who is just so adorable. I colored the images Brellie and Mallary using copics B04, Y11, Y38, Y19, B06, YG25 and BG10. Mallary's fluff was highlighted with a gold Spica pen as was the Brellie handle. I used liquid glass to give the effect of water.

The Garden Club
Welcome to the garden club. How cute are these Rosie girls? I did something a little different to truly make them the garden club. I used my new Heartfelt Creations sunflower with matching nestablity and popped the flower. The Garden Club is the center of the flower. I used Copic markers and Spica pens to color the image. I hope this inspires all of you to go out and plant some flowers

Wedding Favors Galore
The wedding is 2 1/2 weeks away and I finally finished the favors. I used the A Muse shimmer paper and the bride & groom stamp. The bride's dress was done with Angel Wing Shimmerz and I used lipstick Spica pen for the flowers. The groom's tux was colored with a black Spica pen. The favor was finished with white sheer ribbon. Inside the favor are Jelly Belly beans. The bags have a cross with their name and date of the wedding. Now I can focus on my other projects. Enjoy!

Sweet Lilly - Softpencil Anniversary Blog Hop
Lilly is so adorable. She is making her debut on newly purchased Iron Orchid Designs paper. The front of the paper is a daisy design and the back large polka dots which is very complimentary. I used Copic markers E51, Y11, YG0000, YG00, and for the dress and bow Prismacolor 929. For a hint of bling on the dress and the center of the flower I used Angel Wing Shimmerz and Mello Yellow Blingz. To finish Lilly's look she has beautiful pearl for the center of her bow and ribbon and a single flower were added to finish the card.

I want to thank three amazing women who are funny, caring and compassionate. They have made me feel welcome and are very encouraging to each person they interact with. I have enjoyed the shopping, crafting and most of all the laughter. I look forward to many more Saturdays of releasing that creative energy. Thanks ladies. Group hugs to all.
