things to do when i get back
im supposed to be studying for my test next week.but i dont rlly feel like studying, as usual.
so im thinking abt what im gonna do when i get back to spore..
considering that im aiming for a 1-day week, i have plenty of time to spare..
go for my driving lessons and get my freaking license.
go for the sch diving trip and get my diving license.
go for the career workshops and talks.
do some baking/cooking at home?
get some tuition.
i dunno where im gonna get money for all those things.

2 months
hmm...october ending soon.
2 months since i got here.
hvnt been to much places, nobody to go with.
only going ard in gaoxiong.
thinking of maybe going backpacking to further places alone..
but i rlly shld improve my cycling skills if i wanna go those transport-less places..
going hongkong soon, luckily i managed to find ppl to go with.
it's getting cold.
not very cold in general(it's ard aircon temp outside) but apparently it's a little too cold for me..
i think im getting sick.
dammit.

and wanna do abnormal add drop also got so many problems.
wanna look for other mods now to take the system remove all the course content!
other than the mod name, code, time and teacher, there's totally nothing else!
i cant possibly go email all the prof and ask for the course content right!

start of sch
went to CiJin Island on Sunday to cycle.it was quite fun.
and im so proud of myself that i managed to cycle with the huge crowd of ppl and also on the road.
woohoo.
thou i still go home with some scratches.
but no falls!
hahas.
but i still cant look and enjoy the scenery as i cycle.
i still have to stare at the bike in front of me.
i dunno why.
lols.
went to the beach.
walked on the sand.
and immediately regret it coz the sand is so freaking hot.
but we still walked towards the sea and enjoy the wind and view.
then we ran back coz the sand too hot le.
no wonder i dont see much ppl on the beach back in sch here.
the sand must be freaking hot too.
start lesson ytd.
the first lesson that i went to, it's so freaking full that so many ppl have to stand or sit on the stairs.
how to get the mod like that sia..

today's HRM was full too.
but the prof is better.
he say he will accept all that add the mod, and will look for a bigger place to house all of us.
hehe.
yay.
and we also formed groups today le.
the sports class i went to today, apparently im the only exchange student there.
and also i think sports class is for year 1 ppl lor.
anyway the prof say he will add me in if i dont get it when doing add drop.
yay x2.
that 2 mods settled le.
hahas.
the grades are based a lot on attendance sia.
he say, 50% for attendance.
10% for attire.
10% for punctuality.
so, if i skip one class, that will be 70% of the marks gone for that day.
omg sia..

until we are able to add next monday.
hopefully i can clear all my mods here, then i can grad in 3.5 yrs.

financial math also in english, so also shld be ok.
left one more math mod, still dunno what to take yet.

finally settled my registration today.
went to pay for the misc fee and hostel fee.

taiwan
moved into my hostel le.dont really know what to say..
it's been a long and nice week here in taiwan with yx.
and now it's time for me to be here in nsysu..
took the night flight to taipei.
stayed near the ximending area.
went to visit quite a few places.
went for a hot spring.
wanted to go yangmingshan for a short trek, but we didnt go in the end and just rest in hotel.
went to yilan kongqueshan.
kena ps by cksf.
lols at least i went up to see see abit.
packed and came to gaoxiong.
walked ard abit.
then moved into hostel.
room mates wont be coming in so soon.
so i've got a week to myself.
hvnt plan what to do yet.
hvnt unpack finish yet.
the room is just yi ge squeezy with 4 ppl.
lols srsly more cui than hall 4 room.
oh well.
at least there's aircon.
but it's still quite warm up on my bed.
maybe coz hot air rises bah.

ytd i took out all my clothes to arrange them, and also to plan what clothes to bring over to tw.but coz going out to meet the girls for cafe hopping, i had to stop halfway.
today i continue where i left off.
i've separated out some clothes that i wanna bring over.
but dunno whether it's too much or not..
have to pack for the hot weather and also the cold weather..

finally bought my luggage.actually wanted 29", ended up getting 28".

quite cheap actually.
original 200+, now promotion 125.
plus ndp discount 20%, and mum 10% discount.
end up only 100.
wahahas.
went walking ard ntuc, ended up buying quite a lot of stuff like tissue and socks.
nice.

malacca trip with 0815
lazy to pack my bag on fri night, so i hastily packed in on sat morn.supposed to meet at nicole highway station at 7.45am.
bus leave at 8.30am.
but if all reach early, bus can leave earlier.
end up leh...
2 woke up late.
one cabbed down and reached golden mile at 8.25am.
another one freaking hell took mrt and was the last one to reach.
the whole bus was waiting for her sia.
we so paiseh.
whole bus looking at us as we board the bus.

reached malacca in the afternoon.
checked in.
went out for lunch, peranakan lunch.
then walked back, and bought starbucks to share as we walk.
went to a shopping mall walk a little.
has secret recipe for teabreak.
then went arcade to play.
followed by dinner at A&W.
lastly a loooong walk at jonker street.
bought drinks back to hotel to drink at night.
then played card games.
and we all had facial masks to put tgt, including the guys.
hahas!
today dimsum breakfast.

then back to secret recipe for lunch.
and soon it's time to board the bus back to spore.
i spent quite a lot this trip sia.

have been wanting to book my air tickets to taiwan.but....
i also dunno which one to book better.
the cheaper ones dont go to gaoxiong.
and the ones that do, are a little ex..
tried finding ways to make my way to gaoxiong from taoyuan, the website for gaotie is down.
and i srsly cant imagine traveling ard lugging my luggage.
zzzz....
if only i can squeeze everything into my bagpack.
zq suggest i can stay in taipei a few days first then go gaoxiong.
it's a good idea.
can stay in some hostel first, and go travelling abit..
but that idea of going ard alone terrifies me a little.
a little regretful now.

stupid temps. bitch kl.
that kl in charge of the temps is srsly damn bitch.
since the start jiu tbth her.
ask us girls not to wear too short de skirt, and the skirt she wears are like so freaking short some times.
ask us to quiet down and dont talk so much, and she always just shouts across the office to call ppl, to pass message.
wtf, we were just talking maybe sometimes a bit too loud then cannot, you shout across the office jiu can.

then every month de last fri, is blue sky friday mah, so MOM ppl normally can end work half an hour earlier than other fridays.
so last month, we interns left early lor.
but the temps didnt leave early.

we can leave is bcoz we asked abt this earlier whether we can leave earlier like other MOMers, and we were given the permission that's why we left earlier.
then this week bcoz got free mrt if reach clarke quay early, so i asked if we can go work earlier and leave earlier.
the permission was given, so some of us interns went to work early and left early.
then the temps see le they also want and make so much noise.
then that kl go make noise with the higher ups.
end up, tmr we might not have blue sky friday and next week might not be able to start and end work early.

happy week~
today went MND for trng tgt with all the field interviewers.forgot that there's breakfast provided so i had breakfast before leaving hse.

tmr im gonna sleep a little more and go there eat.

we went to a korean restaurant nearby for lunch.
not bad.

but rlly need to cut down spendings this week.
if not at the end of the week i still will need to spend.

atc briefing
went for atc briefing just now.was napping and overslept.

no time go make my concession card.
have to make it tmr.
as usual, im stationed at the rock climbing station as the belayer.
supposed to reach pasir ris at 6am.
but luckily my station is the last station, so we can reach our station at 8.45am.
hehe.
it's still very early, but not as early as those that have to meet at 6.
heh.
im thinking if i shld get open-finger gloves for that day.
also dunno go where get.

and thinking if i shld get a new digital watch.
they ask us all to bring, but actually i think belayers shld be dont need bah?

let me plan my weekends~
last night went out with krabi peeps to play nation.we played for 3 hrs.
satisfied my craving for playing wii.
heh.
it was quite fun.
and quite funny.
ky joined us for the last hour after his work.
after that we went out to find somewhere to sit and chat.
after some discussion we decided to go the marina barrage to chill.
following the gps, we got to a dead end, so we went ard finding another way.
end up, we realise the barrage is closed for maintenance or smth.
so the dead end closed off road is actually the correct way.
lols.
then we need to think of another place to go.
after quite soooome time, we finally decided to go to marina square to find place to sit.
so we got there, bought some drinks and found a place with chairs and tables to sit at.
chatted till ard 3am.
when we wanna go home, actually we can go home in pairs coz 2 stay in along the red line can share cab, then ky drives so he can send char back sine they both stay along green line.
then cindy and me along the purple line.
end up cindy's bro came to pick her up so i would have to take the cab back alone.
ky 不放心 so he ended up sending me home.

grateful for that, if not i'll have to cab back myself.

i was hoping dad hvnt wake up when i got back.
but yea he's awake when i got back.

2nd week of intern
got my field interviewers on monday.meet some on tues, some today.
hopefully they'll be good and can hit quota..
this week pass quite fast coz we got quite some stuff to do.
calls coming in le.
today my duty to retrieve voicemails.
every hour need to check.
friendly respondents are nice to talk to.
but those uncoorperative ones are freaking hell irritating.

sucks sia.
anyway we finally got our SOE password.
finally got laptop to use.
heh.
happy.
it's so much easier for us to do the surveys coz the system will automatically route us to the correct qns instead of having to flip thru the hardcopy of the survey.
actually also nth much to update la.
just that fi had moved back to his original seat, which is at my area there.
means he can see me while i work.
means i cannot slack too much.
and he can listen to what we are saying while we are on the phone.

and a lot of ppl come and find him, so got a little bit irritating to have ppl keep walking in and out.
but got one good thing la, if got problems just turn ard and ask him only.

i rlly rlly hope to get good field interviewers so that my work will not be so tough.
i know fb got recruit agency posting abt the govt survey job, i realise it's for us.
and erm... knowing that, im srsly skeptical abt the type of ppl we'll be getting.
