Matthew and Jacob make me laugh. Often. Two quick examples:
We are still working on Jake's speech - and specifically on the "f" sound. His teacher asked him, "Where do you put your shoes?" (trying to elicit the word(s), foot or feet). He promptly replied: "On the boot tray." I laughed so hard, but was glad that at least he knows where to put his shoes when they are not on his feet!
In talking to Matthew about a good friend of ours who is expecting a baby, Matthew asked, "When is that baby ever going to hatch?" Oh, my aching sides!
