Picnic Ants

What's a picnic without ants other than less itchy. This week I have colored an adorable image of  ants eating watermelons for a red ,white and blue challenge  over at card makin mamas.Stop on over and show us what you can do such regal /patriotic colors.

New cards

Over the weekend , I had a wonderful time cropping with a great group of ladies. I decided to take the day and work on various cards. I had ordered Blanche awhile ago and colored her as well ,but never put her into a card, so here she is in different tones.

both ladies were colored using copic markers, however the paper I used was called Heav

enly and I won't use it again. I think it took the markers poorly they seemed to "lay" on the surface as opposed to blending into it. But I gave it a good shot it doesn't hurt to try out new paper you never know when you might find something new.

Graduation Girl

My husband is a good catch!

  We honor our Mom on Mother's day and our Dad on Father's day. While that is great , every once in awhile we ought to thank the other parent  too, for choosing such a wonderful spouse, who turned out to be an amazing parent. With this card I have managed to do both, honor dad and thank mom.For my card I used a digi from digi darla.
  This also happens to be the challenge at Card Makin' Mamas pop on over and show us the card you honor your dad with.

I have done this card for Father's day using a digi from digi doodle .and the Paper is from BELLA BLVD:TAIL WAGGERS. ALL THE COLORING IS DONE WITH COPIC MARKERS. Candies, photo paper that has been run through a swiss dot embossing folder and then used a circle punch for large "golf balls"
