We were super lucky that we got to see Keilana and her beau, Gregg. When I told Keilana we were moving, she asked for the dates since she was planning a trip to Chico. It worked out that we were able to have her over the night before the movers came to pack. It was a little crazy and I don't even know what we fed them, but we ate, swam and had shave ice. The kids have always loved Keilana so much and we were pleased to meet her boyfriend, Gregg. It was clear to us that they care for each other a great deal and I think they had fun chatting and playing with the kids. He was really sweet with the kids, especially Elizabeth, so he earned some points in my book:). Really, it was fun to see them and spend some time with them. I just don't know when we will get to see Keilana again unless we visit New York! I'm so thankful she has been able to be a part of my kids lives while we lived in Chico and we will miss her!
