Hello Everyone!!! Hope you all are having a great week so far. Today I decided to use a stamp set that I just got from
Crafter's Companion. I am using the "
Birthday Conga" stamp set from
Humphrey's Corner Collection. Humphrey is just so darn cute, and all his friends are too....
I decided to make another Z Fold or accordion fold card. Once again I used the
Ultimate Tool and the directions that came in the booklet for an accordion fold card. It was pretty easy to follow the directions and the
Ultimate Tool made the folds so easy to make. I also used a decorative cutter that I have to make the curvy top edge, but you can leave it as a straight edge if you so desire or you can cut the top of the card at an angle to give it a bit of different shape.
Here are the basic directions for a Z fold or Accordion fold card :
1. Take a 12x12 sheet of cardstock and cut it in half to the size of 6x12.
2. Use your score board and score at 4 inches and again at 8 inches. I used my
Ultimate Tool to score my card.
3. Take and fan fold the cardstock that you just scored.
4. Finish card as you so desire.
Here is a picture of my card laying flat:

I left my center panel blank so you can add your special Birthday message.
and one more picture of my card so you can see how the z fold card sits:
