Next MINDS outing is coming up in 5 Apr and we are bring the beneficaries to the zoo! We are recruiting volunteers as befrienders and photographer (1x). Due to cost constrain, thus there will be a $3 cost for each volunteers. The following is the agenda:
9.00am – 9.30am Volunteers to meet at zoo entrance near ticketing booths.
9.30am – 9.45am Briefing of volunteers.
9.45am – 10.00am Arrival of beneficiaries. Pairing of beneficiaries and volunteers.
10.00am – 11.00am Walking along specified path. May stop for rests at shelters. Reach Splash Amphitheatre by 11am.
11.00am – 11.20am Splash Safari Show. Sweepers to leave to collect food at entrance.
11.20am – 12.15pm Remain at Splash Amphitheatre for lunch. Toilet break at Jungle Flavours.
12.15pm – 12.30pm Walk back to entrance for beneficiaries’ departure.
12.30pm – 12.45pm Debrief and free and easy (volunteers can explore more in the zoo)
Help the mentally disabled people,
