Electricity is an unquenchable thirst.
Who is destroying earth?
It is us, humans.
Drastic declines in food supplies,
Tonnes of fuel the factory buys.
Skin cancer and eye disorders incline,
Still we burn, but we’re not blind.
We created the hole,
No one else but us.
Reducing our use of fuel like coal,
Montreal Protocol and Kyoto Protocol.
Limitations to CFCs,
Cars powered by electric batteries,
Controls over vehicles, industries and power stations,
Mending the hole, salvation!
It was us, the humans.
Over time, it will close up.
