Complain letter to CGH:
I placed an order on Tuesday evening. When I placed order, there are still quantities of products, so I assume that I will be getting the things on Friday, latest by evening. BUT I received no confirmation call or any call from your side stating that there is no more stock for certain products that I ordered, so I supposed there are still products that will be delivered on time (i.e. TWO working days). When I still do not receive the products, I gave your customer support a call, and they said that it is because the products were out of stock. There should be some call telling me that the stocks will be delivered at a later date, so that I will not have to wait at home for it. Your staff told me that the products were out of stock and will only come on Monday. If that is the case,2 working days does not apply. Also, when I went online to shop for the items, there were still quantities. Either your website was not updated, or your policy of 2 working days is a bluff.
- Too harsh? or too light? hahaha...dun care....its true....i would have written more...but its limited to 1000words...now i know why...they dun wan customers to complain too much...at most 1000words lor..haha
