How's life so far?

It's seems that when I ask my friends," hows your course?" they reply with a sigh, "stressful man!". I guess stress is a part of university life and its unavoidable. Moreover, their 'nick' on MSN indicate that they are feeling the pressure to get good results in their exams(so am I).Lol

Not that Im complaining, but I have assignments, project competitions, reports, presentations during EXAM month. How cool is that?? Lmao people use to say," when the going gets tough, the tough gets going". I guess they're right..

Like k nisa said universities wants you(me) to work harder thats why there is so much to do. As far as im concerned, my flatmates have no worries at all they are soo relax. They will only start doing work when tomorrow is the submission date and would stay up all night.hahaha

Speaking of flatmates, I think im not really close with them any more and I think they don't like me anymore because I don't socialise/go out with them weekend nights. huhu I still play criket with them along the corridor. Yes the corridor!! where everyone was suppose to use hahaha they don't care..

My flat also got alot of complaints because my flatmates has huge speakers which they crank it up at night Lol...When our neighbours complained, my flatmates just stand up and pretend they don't understand, hehe I guess my flatmates are the bad-asses of flatmates you could ever get Lol

Anyways it's going be only like 2 months more living with them so its ok. Ever heard the saying, "when your going through hell, Keep on going!!" hehe so I have to work hard and be strong to face my obstacles . Gambatte!!! Fighting!!! :))))) GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE IN BRUNEI AND OZZIE!! MUAHHHUGGZZ!!

P.s will update when im free and looking forward for summer sales haha q(^^)P

Bru-X- Bowling

Our seniors (taking masters) planned to go bowling but the day after next was the start of the term..huhuh everyone refuse at first but later everyone give in, as they beg and beg..Lmao
Since it was saturday, the bowling alley was full of people and that someone said before going," its alright we don't need to book". hehe. The lady at the counter said that its full and there is a only slot at 4.30 pm But its 2.45 now!!! So out of boredom we played pool, arcade games just to kill the time.
We played several (a lot) rounds of pool, billards, arcade- shooting games, DDR, basketball.etc
Eventually, its BOWLING time, it was quite fun and the environment was a family environment hehe. Nick actually managed to get 3 or 4 strike and also got alot of gutter ball. The first round winner was Iffah and the second round winner was Rafie.
After the game finished, we went outside and it was raining heavily. We called the taxis and took a few pictures outside. "Back to reality!", one of my friend cried out. Everyone sighed Lol... Anyways we had a good time!!!:))))
P.s looking forward for the bbq at kaka Mus' sometime around May..

Bristol daytrip..

Helloo!! Sori for the late post been busy with stuff. Anyways, this is our ( Bru-X-K) trip during the easter hols.
The trip took us about 2 hrs from exeter, we arrived at the train station and everyone looked at each other saying," where are we going first?". Lol we hadn't planned anywhere to go in Bristol. We were absolutely clueless...
We called Wina, who was in Paris at that time, to ask for places to visit. She told us to go to the city and then start from there. The city was bigger than Exeter and there were some shops that are unavailable in Exeter ( Eventhough Bristol is an industrial place) hehe :)
After strolling round and round the city, we went to a morrocon restaurant and order their value meals. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely tasteless ( seriously). When the waiter came to us to ask,"hows the food?", we just nodded (smiling) and said,"It's good!" while shoving spoonful of our meal in to our mouths. LMAO whahahaha :P
Then, we visited Bristol Bridge, Hippodome ( a Theather), paris street- which is a long strecth of street on a hill (yes a steep one) where either side were shops and lastly we went to Ikea Factory. Yes, that Ikea it was quite far from the city ( i heard it was about 6 miles). The factory was sooo BIGG!! You can find anything your hearts desire!! (not really it was full of home stuff huhu). Mama called when i was browsing around the furniture section.hehe.
Finally, we went to Bristol mall, which reminded me of Meadowhall, it was situated close to Ikea.
Maybe because it was isolated from other shops thats why it reminded me of Meadowhall. No they don't have trams that goes, "Your next stop by request will be....Meadowhall..". Hehehe we ate at Pizza Hut and just took a picture of Nando's cause it wasn't halal.
Thats it for Bristol guys hope you enjoyed it as much as I do..P.s sori ckit pictures..

Exmouth beach~10/4/08

Woke up this morning at 8 am, went straight to shower..today we were going to the beach YAy!! We took the 10 ish train from Exeter to Exmouth, the journey was just about 30 minutes and it was full of country sceneries..hehe
Since it was our first time in Exmouth we have to look for the labels which says 'sea front' we even ask the locals there went we got lost. We walked about 20 minutes from the station to the beach and were thrilled to see the yellow sandy beach. It was full of families and friends playing around and having a good time. There were also people playing football, yacht, parasailing...we had a bbq picnic and everyone were jealous of us because our bbq chicken and sausages looked very tempting and some even walked pass by with smiles on their faces hahaha..we also had tuna and egg sandwitches which we had brought from Exeter..

We met up with Fidz and the gang (Exeter students as well) later but by the time they got to the beach it was raining and windy..Overall we had a Blast the only thing bad was that there were lots and lots of dog. We were cursing them as they got closer hehe panic!! lots of love

(left to right) 1.all our stuff 2.. sabri showing his skills 3.the beautiful view of the sea (bottom left to right) 4. unpacking our stuff while the girls stroke a pose5. posing while waiting for the charcoal to heat up 6. Bbq chicken..we were so hungry

P.s We are going to bristol tomorrow for a day trip..So watch out Bristol!!!

Snooooowwww~

Wow!! couldn't believe my eyes snoww during spring.....;p
It was snowing last night because all the roof tops and grass were covered with snow. I never thought that it snow again that afternoon..
It was so heavy that it was like a Blizard!! :) the students living near the campus area even build a SNOWMAN hehe.. I tried to go out but it was freezing cold and so windy i have to take cover by the wall..Everyone was so happy and exicited at the same time.. Unfortunately, after about an hour, the sun came back and shone it sunlight which melted away the ice. Pictures of the snowman was published in the local newspaper the next day. How cool is that??
I was hoping that i would snow that night but it never did :( why was everyone so excited with the snow?? the answer is that it haven't snowed in Exeter since 1975..heheh btw Auntie Ardinah and her family has just arrived from brunei and saw the snow..
P.s the pictures were taken from Northernhay House parking area..

25.3.08

Today n yesterday~~

I woke up at 10.30 am, my flat was so quiet. Looking back yesterday, we (Iffah, Ain, Fuad and me) were having so much fun at our friends house down at Pinhoe road. We made Kuih Mur( kuih makmur for m'sian), Played Poker, Big two, Watch Movies and abuse their fast internet~hehehe it was good fun. We were wondering around town yesterday when suddenly it started to snow everyone( including orang puteh) was excited but it only lasted for a few minutes..huhu :(. The strange thing was when we were staying at P.Road we could hear sounds like footseps, knocking (Oh-Oh!!) but we assure each other that it was only the wind~~haha.

Back to reality, Im in my bed and all i can hear is the sound of the calm wind brushing the leaves. I got out of bed and head for the shower. I was planing to do 'some 'work today but i had only done a little. For breakfast and lunch i had Garlic Bread and cereal, same goes for dinner.Today is the lonliest day of my easter holiday, i guess im already use to seeing people around and hearing loud brunei languages while i was staying at P.Road~~whahah :) . As you guys can guess im boreed thats why im writing this blog~teehee..
