Multiple Mamas
Kalaree has starting calling everyone and their dog her other mother. It started with Mikaela. She of course is mama Mikaela. Then she added Mama Denise from Spokane. Well since moving here she has oh I don't know at least seven other mothers. It has actually started some problem in that one of her young women leaders wants to be called mama and she won't call her mama but she calls all these other ladies mama. Now you would think that I would be offended that she cares so much for all these other ladies to give them the title of mama. But really I don't care because I get the wonderful title of Susan. Yes, Kalaree has multiple mamas but I am her only Susan. Plus, recently, while reading blogs of long lost friends I came to realize I had multiple mamas in high school. There was Mama Green and Mama Judkins. Really I think in life we take for granted the fact that it really does take a village to raise a child and if there are enough women in the world to love my daughter and
