Swimming!

{Jan 15}
We took the kids to Sand Hollow and they had a lot of fun,
so we decided to try out the Wash. Rec Center.
The little ones were scared of the big huge water bucket that dumps,
so we stuck to the other slides.
They had so much fun though!

 He thought it was pretty cool to walk on his hands in the shallow area.

Hot Tub-Polar Bear Plunge

{Dec. 26}

The kids were SO excited to get in the hot tub!
I was the pregnant one that got to stay out and take pictures.
The kids wanted to swim, so we dared Cam to take the Polar Bear Plunge in the pool.
He wanted to test it with his foot first and we wouldn't let him.
He dove right off the diving board and swam the length of the pool.
I'm sure it was around 40*.
He didn't know what to think when he came out.
His body was bright red and he couldn't talk. haha
He's such a funny kid.

Friends

{Dec. 23}
I forgot these pictures were on my other little camera.

Melissa was in town for Christmas and had a little get together with any of our
high school girl friends who could make it.
We had YUMMY soup and bread bowls and appetizers and desserts.
We all sat around and talked, the husbands talked, and the kids played.
I think my child was the bully of the night.
I don't know what happened, but he went through a mean phase with toys.
I think we're over that now thankfully.
Thanks SO much Lis for getting everyone together!
I only got one picture of us and it was after Ashlye, Loni, and Anjuli left...bummer.

New Years

{December 31}
We wanted to do something fun for New Years, but didn't have time for a big party because little Izzie was blessed the next day and we were getting ready for the dinner after.
We took the kids to Jumping Jacks(Ty's first time).
They had a lot of fun...Ty was a little apprehensive about the big slides though.
After Jumping Jacks we picked up Bajio to go,
and headed home to set up and do fireworks!
We did fireworks at about 9 and put the kids to bed.
Ty woke up at 11 SCREAMING.
He was on Fire!
I gave him some Tylenol and tried to get him to go back to sleep.
He was up until about 3 and then cried on and off after that.
This went on until Thursday(yes I'm a bad Mom).
He would start acting better during the day and then scream all night long.
We took him in Thursday and found double ear infections.
I felt awful.
So thankful for antibiotics and numbing ear drops that cleared it up quick.
