Just Like Daddy

Ty absolutely loves Devan.
You can tell he just thinks Dev is so cool.
He LOVES when Devan juggles or dribbles the ball.
He watches everything he does, and tries to do it after.
Sometimes it makes me sad that he's more of a Daddy's boy.
But I'm glad Devan is his role model.

Too Tired For Church

Ty was waiting for Dev and I to get ready for church.
I turned on Barney(his favorite show).
Then I came back in the room to find him like this.
Oh I love him so much.

Looking Back

I started looking at the "birth" day pictures of just over a year ago.
It almost made me cry thinking about everything that happened that night.
I never knew how much I could love anything!
He was tiny and now he's so BIG.
Here is the year in a quick review...

Comparing:

BIRTH:                                                                                ONE YEAR:
Weight: 5.37 lbs - 3%                                                           Weight: 21 lbs. - 21%
Length: 19 in. - 19%                                                              Length: 29.75 in. - 46 %
Head: 13.4 in. - 15%                                                             Head: 18.5 in. - 67%

I really don't know where this year has gone!
Thanks for making me so happy little man!
I love you SO SO much...more than you'll ever know.

The Corrals

I realized after we were done with pictures that I had forgotten to get Ty's trike out of the trunk.
I decided to take him down to the corrals to take a few pictures with it.
I thought some of them totally capture his personality, but definitely not professional. ha

{This is "classic" Ty face...he was pointing at the horse}

Some of them are a little blurry, but it's ok.
I just love this boy SO SO much!
He seriously brings so much joy to my life.

Family Pictures

One of my good friends Kellie took our family pictures.
I was SO happy with them!
Check out more of her work HERE.
Thanks SO much Kel for dealing with my grouchy boy...
Yes, Ty was so ornery most of the time, so I'm glad she captured some with him smiling at first.
I LOVE them.

He had definitely had it by these last pictures.

After Party

Ty had a bath after his cake and got jammies on.
Everybody left except his Grandma's and Grandpa's.
He finally got to just sit and play with his new toys.
He was overwhelmed and in his glory!

{Just loving his new toy...Don't mind Dev's dirty feet in the picture, he had been outside...SICK!}

Photo Booth

As you can see...We had LOTS of fun with the Photo Booth!
My mom brought over a bunch of wigs and things to play dress up.
This will be the best way Ty will remember everyone at his party.
Thank you SO SO much everyone for coming and for the gifts!
Ty is definitely a spoiled boy...but we love him so much!

The PARTY

I'm FINALLY posting the party pictures...I've been so busy.
The whole day was so much fun.
Ty was SO good and SO happy all day.
It's like he knew everyone was here for him.

{Just showing off on his four wheeler for everyone}
{Lots of help and kisses from Sadie while opening presents}
{Concentrating really hard on his new horse from the Terry Family.}
{Cute Cam showing him his new book with Animal sounds from Nana}
{He Loves his new chair from Grandma Nancy and Grandpa Lonne}
{He wanted the ball toy out of the box from the Terry family}
{He loves his doggy book and baseball tee from Grandma and Grandpa Partridge}

{The Cake}
He didn't like the box cake, so I found a recipe online...no eggs, no dairy.
It was really good! Tasted just like a good chocolate cake and really moist.
I used the can frosting.
I wondered if he would even be fun, because he didn't like the other cake I made.
He started by just playing with it for a while and not tasting...
Then I got a piece and put it in his mouth.
As soon as he had a taste, he shoved his hand in his mouth.
He LOVED it!

{We started singing Happy Birthday and he loved it!}
 {The first dive}

{He started pulling it apart and putting it in the cup holder...it was funny!}
