Nora: Torvald, I’m going now (crying while holding her bags)

 Torvald: Ok but, where are you going to stay Nora? I want you to be safe. No matter what happens to you I will always love you please don’t forget that.

Nora: I don’t know I’m probably going to go to Mrs. Linde’s house and try to figure out what I’m going to do next in life.

Torvald: Ok, Nora you have to promise me one thing.

Nora: What is it?

Torvald: You have to visit the kids whether you’re depressed or whatever mood you’re in.

Nora:  Ok Torvald I will and plus I love the kids of course I’ll visit (yelling, to the kids to say good- bye to her while crying)  Kids come here, I have to go away for a while and I want you guys to listen to your dad ok?

Kids: (at the same time) ok we will and we love you.

Nora: Ok this is it im leaving now be good you guys I will come and visit you guys when I can ( kids crying in the doorway as Nora steps out ).

 

At the end of my ending Nora decided to go stay with Mrs. Linde's for a couple of month and she met a guy on the way.

Act 2

                                                   


                                         Act 2

           “Since we finished reading act 2 I feel like Nora did have the right to start flirting with Dr.Rank because her husband wasn’t showing her love and I think that’s what their marriage needed just love”. Some couples gets married have kids and then just love them spouse and kids knowing that’s the right thing to do but hey when you are trying make a living you basically cut off your love life and just focus on your job/s. The fact that Dr.Rank is really close to Nora and Torvald is in a way messed up.

               Nora needs to understand what she is doing because she is not only cheating on her husband she is messing with her kids too. This part reminds me of the time I was watching a movie called “The Notebook” where the girl (Allie) started talking to this boy (Noah) and Allie and Noah started to date and next thing you know Allie fell in love with someone else. My point is that  when Allie was dating Noah she started to flirt with someone else.  

Act 1 Doll's House

                                             Act 1 

             For act 1 for the story “The Doll's House” I think the story was pretty good (so far). Now i know this may not be important but whatever my favorite character is Nora!! I like Nora because she is like an actually doll and she kinds  of reminds me of me when I use to think my little sister was a little doll because I used to dress her up just for fun. I feel like Nora is frivolous because number one she is and number two it’s kind of hard not to believe that is she frivolous  because she is like a child and kids are silly playful and basically childish. So when it comes to describing her using the word frivolous is just the right for her.

       When Nora had said this quote “Mrs. Linde’s husband left her any money or children, and Mrs. Linde confirms that she was left nothing and that their marriage was loveless”, I was kind of confused because I thought Nora was asking Mrs. Linde for money but then I realized that Nora already has money. This quote reminds me of the time I was working and I had money and I asked my grandma for money even though I already had money from working. So if I could I like this book so far I would rate it from it being 1-10 I would pick 8 on being the best.

First Post

                          Hi its Destiny. So far in English class what I like the most is that we do a lot of group work and we do review and assessment questions. I really like reading different kinds of books. Some of the books we read in class is so good that it sometimes It connect with me or the world. I rather read books as a class because i understand it better and it definitely helps me with my vocabulary, In the book "A Doll House" by Henrik Ibsen I think its going to be about house maids and little girls.
                   Henrik Ibsen was born on March 20,1828 in Skein, Norway. When he was a little boy his parents decided to moved to  Germany, and that's where he wrote his first play "A Doll's House".  He created a notorious character in 1890. On May,23 1906 in died.  He was the oldest out of 5 his mom was a painter, she played the piano and she loved going to the theater. Henrik spent most of his time doing magic tricks painting , and reading. When he was 15 years old he stopped going to school and he found himself a job. He married  a girl name Suzannah Daae Thoresah where they only and one kid.
