Highlight #1: This month Trav's sister got married. We couldn't be happier with the man Faye has chosen to spend the rest of her life with. He is a stud. He loves her and Jesus and in my book that's perfect!
This is a picture of her getting ready. Love this picture. She made one beautiful bride!
Highlight #2: Luke is a ham. He constantly makes us laugh. His little personality is coming out more and more and we just think he is the funniest little 2 year old around. Not to mention he is crazy. Like the other day I picked him up and he licked my face. Just because. The pictures below might give you a window into his little goof ball character. I have never seen such a big personality in such a little 2 year old boy.
In all these pictures I told him to smile and these are the poses/faces I got.
Highlight #3: We have a name a for our newest baby boy. Excited to be calling him by his name as he kicks and moves. Not a day goes by I don't thank God for this additional gift He has chosen to grow inside of me.
Highlight #4: I registered my little girl for Kindergarden this week. Wow. Crazy. We got here so quickly. She is ready. I am not.
Here is Lo with two of her best buddies from preschool. Beckham, Logan and Ben at recess.
Luke continues to love balls. In fact, he is currently taking his nap with a football. He is talking up a storm this days. Trav, Lo and I are probably the only ones who can understand him but he talks to anyone who will listen. The other day he asked to pray in the car while we were driving. Melted my heart. His favorite book is right now is Things That Go and song is "Up Above" (Twinkle Twinkle Little Star). He loves the Wiggles and really anything that has music. He loves to dance. His big move right now is the somersault. He learned how to count to three.... and hearing him sing the ABC's or Jesus Loves Me, is probably a highlight of our days right now. He loves to play with play dough, painting and his cousins.
Logan is our big girl. She is a social little bug. She loves being with people. She also loves to learn. Lately we have been practicing our math and learning addition and subtraction. Little girl will go through an entire workbook in one sitting if we would let her. She is so ready for school it's ridiculous. I asked her the other day if she would want to stay home with me next year instead of going to school. She smiled and said no way! I would really love to homeschool but as of right now I will not. I never thought I would say that. I am looking forward to this new season with her. She is a precious little girl. She still wants to wear skinny jeans or shorts everyday. It's punishment if she has to wear anything else. And when she grows up, she still wants to be a cheerleader and babysitter. She doesn't want to get married, have kids or move out of our house. I'm thinking that will change someday. :)
