I've been sick since Monday (I think). Felt the symptoms on Sunday but the impact on Monday. Anyhow, I'm proud that I still went for lessons on Monday and Tuesday (I tend to skip lessons during the holidays 'cause I hate them) and training on Monday. Training was hell and I though that I would have died from the lack of air.

Went to Toys"R"Us with my friend and on the way out, I saw this! This is really old school! It's something I used to eat during my primary school days and it sure brought back memories. My friend bought this for me. (Thank you!)

I was looking through my phone's contacts and I thought "I have so many contacts that are useless to me" so I deleted about 80+ contacts from my list. Now, imagine that I have lost 80+ friends.

It struck me that we are so similar to characters in The SIMS. You know how you will need to maintain your friendship in the game by talking to your friends or you will lose your friends? It totally applies to real life.

The reason why I deleted away so many people off my contact list is because they are no longer friends but only acquaintances and I thought that there's no need having their contact in my list. It's such a harsh world.

I went out with 2 friends I usually won't go out with after training today. We talked a lot of crap and yeah, it was nice.

Now, my team is seriously not committed - both seniors and juniors. There's already so little people and there's no spirit and it may just end at my batch. Then there's this competition with the canoeist who totally suck. Oh how they just want to outdo us. *puke*

College Day's tomorrow and I'm attending 'cause I was selected. It is such a waste of time! It starts at 1.15 and ends at 4.15 for goodness sake. How can they give away prizes for sooo long and it's not like I'm getting anything.

My school is having a TPJC runway (I hope you guys know what a runway is... it's not for planes) next FRIDAY at 6.30. It basically a show to showcase students fashion designs and students from laselle are also coming down with their designs. Anyone of you interested? I personally think it will be good 'cause last year this event was a success. It cost $5 and it's ALL for the needy JC students. So my DJMXS darlings... interested in attending? It is not hard sell ya.

I watched Spiderman 3 yesterday. The part I enjoyed most was 'evil' peter parker. It was one of the best moments in the movie. On the whole, the movie's viewable but not fantastic. A good one.

I am currently sleepy, drinking merlot, typing this and think that I am going to bed soon enough in 1...2...3...zzz

I just saw the college's newest propaganda pv. It's really propaganda-ish. I was on the verge of laughing out loud but didn't 'cause sis was beside me watching it. She felt that it was propaganda-ish too so together we called it the propaganda video (PV).

Choir did the best for the school song, the teachers did the worst 'cause they were very off tempo(!) and also Dragon boat was only featured for 1-2 seconds while kayak was featured for 5-6 seconds!!

I passed my 2.4KM run with 14:18min!! But... I consider it average 'cause i'm already the last to come in among my class girls. Sad, ran too slow however no use to broad over it 'cause it's over -- unless I wanna run again which is very unlikely unless the weather's damn good and i'm in a good condition to run.

I'm home early today. No, it's not because I skipped my training but rather, training was cancelled. I went there and then my captain smsed me saying training's cancelled. I was like 'Okay, so now you tell me. I'm there already ya know!' But, I'm happy.

My class girls didn't win a single thing today. Kinda sad but still, we made an effort. The guys did a good job and Glen was the hero of the class.

My GP tutor was marking the essays there and she said that my metaphor was 'cartoon'. Double attack from the previous primary school standard that she mentioned. I'm so going to improve my standard to prove her wrong.

I'm hoping that I can scrape through today's Chemistry Faculty test. You know, I have yet to pass any major Chemistry test yet so may this be the first one!! Ah~! Schoolwork, tests, CCA makes up about 80% of the life I'm living now even though I don't really strive so hard for any one of the above.

My GP lesson this morning circulated around 'Singlish' and my tutor was giving some examples of them. One of them which I thought was right was 'I'm cooking myself.' Oh, some Singlish phrases sound so right even though it's wrong.

I just got my new house t-shirt today and people around me are already saying how ugly it looks. I think it's average and if I were to rate it, it will be a 3/5 'cause the school's crest design is just too big for my liking. Tomorrow's Sports Day. Yada! No lessons! I'm happy.

Was reading jpod and there's a sentence that says 'To be merely good enough is to never succeed'. How so true!

I received gifts for my birthday yesterday! It was really belated (1 month late) but still thank you!

The book was really an impulsive buy. I was walking in Times, flipping through this book and my friend offered to buy this as my birthday present...


Me: "You seriously want to buy this?"

Friend: "I do things on impulse sometimes."


I was like, *so we all do things on impulse sometimes*. (lol)
