Finally finished the partI of the maths project after much drag and we took only 1.5hour to complete the interviewing part! WooH! This thing is considered a success yeah. Never wasting both our time etc. **laughs**
Not so bad interviewing the people afterall yupz. Luckily I did not meet someone unreasonable, fierce etc like what Haruna and Dominic did. Speaking of that...
aiyo!! Dominic ar! Face must thick skin a bit worx. Cannot paiseh paiseh don't dare ask. Must Jia You worx! ^.^
Went to rent
Triumph In The Skies with FangLin after the Maths Project. Think about it, the rental fee is indeed expensive! It costed me $40.. Okay, erm I'm sharing the cost with FL. :D
Not trying to compare here but its the same type of 'aeroplane' drama like
GoodLuck!! and the feeling and all those is totally different. At least Goodluck!! uses a real airline company-
ANA, shot the corkpit part by some technique that it looks real and used extremely little computer graphics unlike Triumph In The Skies whereby almost everything they shot in the sky is kinda fake. Wow! am I comparing too much? :P
Ah! tomorrow is the last day of the year! Oh gosh! 2005 is coming and homework- only half way thru~

Juxtapose - jux·ta·pose
To place side by side, especially for comparison or contrast.
Heard the interviews of the earthquake on the taxi on the way to VCH. It seems that many people had survived the earthquake to have the interview taken but also, not forgetting the people who had died or have gone missing. Was watching tv today while I heard my Dad telling my sister that his supervisor said that it was the budget airlines that killed the people because the flight to Thailand is only S$48 and it was so affordable that everyone went there! *something to ponder about**
Went to the Meridian JC symphonic band concert yesterday after much self-internal conflict of whether to go or not. It was my sister that forced me to go because if I were to not go, she will have to go alone. What a kind sister I am. *wahaha**
Feel that the concert did not really start on a good note. The sound was distant and did not really touched me. First time I feel this way about a concert. *thinking** Maybe they were right about MJC's concert. It sucked. Didn't mean to sound mean but this was my first impression of this concert.
Okay, it finally got better at the second half with pieces that are livelier and not so dead but overall, it was just a ordinary perfomance without any surprises. The emcees did not do a good job either. Not sure whether it was the mike's fault or is it stage fright that they cannot project their voices but I cannot really hear what they were actually taking about during the whole thing.
Finished the dorama
'Sora Kara Fura Ichioku no Hoshi' today afternoon after 1.5 days. Feel that this dorama is a little disappointing despite having some better acts like Kimutaku and Shibasaki. Have gone on to another dorama [
Gokusen] which is better- more lighthearted and funnier. The plot is somewhat like
GTO but there is still a slight difference between the both. Something different from Sora Kara Fura Ichioku no Hoshi which is dark and mysterious. ^.<
Received a call from Fanglin yesterday about their Physics result. Heard that half the group had failed the test BUT JF and her had passed! Congrats!! Chemistry test should also be a breeze thru since I heard that the coordinator was so stupid that allowed you guys to open the text to look at the periodic table. Quite obvious that everyone would be tempted to flip to other pages other then the periodic table yeah.
Finally doing the Maths project tomorrow. Will it be tough going door by door asking for their statistics?

Had this BBQ party with the SPF flutes and co at East Coast yesterday. The thing was pretty fun well, except for the downpour that ruin quite a bit. Okay, so its the first time the flutes organise a bbq together and it actually turned out nice with only say 1 and a half days of organisation. Efficient + quality?
The day started out with the list of the things to buy then buying them. We splitted into 2 groups to increase efficiency and within 2 hours(?) our group were dragging the food stuff towards pit 13. Yes pit [[13]]. Okay, so the stuff were just too heavy with the chicken, hi-fi, ice and we had to rent a bike to the pit which was extremely far away because I was stupid and told the taxi driver to go to carpark C3 which should be C1. Eventually, we reach the pit and it began to rain quite heavily shortly after.
Noticed that people can really think of all kinds of ideas to prevent oneself from getting drenched by the rain. Firstly I spotted a guy skating with an umbrella then a woman cycling with a trashbag on the head later a gal preventing her head from getting wet by protecting her head with her bag which eventually flew away due to the wind. So creative juice spill only when things occur..
During the whole bbq, I kept hearing the phrase 'Farzana got blown away by the tidal wave' and I was like what the hell are they harping on the word 'Tidal wave'??!! Ahha! I finally got the answer this morning while I was having my lunch when I realise that my family was also talking about the wave. So this is what happened. There is this terrible earthquake resulting to a tsunami and thus there is this tidal wave. Ok so this is how the tidal wave is so famous these days. Read that the death rates were extremely high with 23,000 deaths. Luckily there is no earthquakes in Singapore or else.. Read

Spent the whole morning trying to sort out the radio.blog thing and still cannot get it to work. Grr! Will be trying again till it work!! kambate nei! While I was typing this thing, my sister was yelling and screaming because she hurt her foot a minute ago. She still want me to help her to massage her toe!
There is this Phtsics and Chemistry test going on these two days and I sincerly hope that everyone taking that test will pass! I want to see you all in the same course as me next year! And would like to apologise to JF because I forgot to send her the Chemistry notes. Really sorry!!
Erm..JieFang, you must pass worx.. if not I will be very guilty that I never give you the notes one..
PS: My Jdorama discs finally came after 1 week. Will be watching it soon!! ^.^

Changed my skin again. This time after so long, I finally did a skin of my own! Added more things like 'wallpaper', 'current on' to create the feeling that this blog is mine. Not some plain blog that people will just visit and forget after that. Will be adding more things but currently, just stick to this yeah.

HoHoHo!! Merry Christmas!!
Had the last band practice of the year yesterday! Finally the year is coming to an end.
First thing I notice when I reach school was that Bi Hui was already at school! WooH! She sure is early on her last practice. Too bad she is transfering. *shakes head* Now my section is left with 3 people. SigH. But..but oh well, better then nothing. Now the main important thing is to get Geok Cheng back for band.
Nowadays the sectionals are getting overcrowded. The whole woodwind is in one classroom! :D Lots of fun with so many peeps around. Remember the times when there are only the 3 little souls having sectionals~~. *laughs** Gave out Xmas presents during sectionals (HY say we copy her give out) and took some pictures. Oh Yah! Shan Joo still haven give me my Jelly. Bias! Give juniors never give us friends. Just kidding
lah. ShanJoo sister came stomping in the sectionals to get something from her. Think she was a bit too fierce and scared off some people agian.
Played Singapore rhapsody but it sounded a little off since it was
dino times that we last did SR. Am I exaggerating too much?? *laughs** Recorded La Fiesta Brava while we were playing. Care to listen? :D Click here ==> http://www.angelfire.com/blues2/helloblue/fiesta.mp3 . So what do you think? Did flutes sound too ugly to you? It sounded ugly to me though. *sobs**
...
Went to SPF 11th Reconition Ceremony. The whole thing was smart and quite grand. But the down part was that there were too little audience to create the atmosphere. The thing felt quite empty.

JieFang even received some appreciation thing. Picture to prove:
Met up with the SPF flutist again. This time round, it was a whole different feeling. Think everyone can feel the sense of awkwardness but anyway, we are having a BBQ!! :D Hope this will bring the bond back. Lastly before we left, the committee even took a picture of the SYF trophy... with our thumbs to dirty it.. :P
...
Went out for the early christmas celebration with the usuals JF, FL, Derrick, Aloy, Cheng, Dom, Zun, CJ and Cheryl at night @ Swensens. The poor guys queued for 1 hour before having a table. Luckily, JF and I arrived late so we did not really waited for that long. :P *hah!**
Took some pictures with the tallest chritmas tree but don't think that it's really that impressive. Did they made a mistake? This is the tallest tree in SEA?!? ShanJoo joined us in the end at about 10+ but we did not really do much after she arrived. Is this a wasted trip made? Oh, Derrick, FL,JF and I bought the christmas hat or what you call that. Took some pictures again. *WAhaha** Wanted to go to the movies but the cinema sort of closed. Think we made it for the last train home though. Quite lucky yeah. Lady luck is smiling...

Been a while since I ever post. Has it been 3 weeks already since the previous post?
Changed the blog skin and music. See the picture on your left? Nice? aHha! Must be nice because this photo is I take one. :P The apple core that you see is the remains of the apple I ate. :)
Holidays are coming to an end. A new school term is starting. Time.. really FLYS!
