Yay! I know at least 2 people reads my blog. Thank you my loyal readers!
I was involved in a car accident again. Someone hit me when he was reversing. It happened right at my flat's carpark so this is how unlucky I was. Anyway, you know how people are sensitive when it comes to money so the driver did not way to compensate me in the beginning. How shitty is that. I didn't want to claim the insurance cause I still have a case pending so I thought I'm stuck with the repair costs. Well, in the end the person must have check his conscience and decided to pay. So, I had to call my friend to get her contact for repairs, contact the workshop, keep contact with the person that bang my car, bring the car to the workshop n collect the compensation money. Just like that 2 days burnt when it could be put to better use. The thing is I have to do everything on my own. I hate responsibility sometimes, how great is it if someone settled it for me.
Well, this is what I wanted to write about... Responsibility. I'm not a responsible person deep down but usually my actions say otherwise. My rational brain usually win and my emotional self gives in.
Also, I'm watching the Commonwealth games but they are a little boring though. I love watching mega sporting events. But poor India, plagued by all the negativity.

The need to?

I missed making a single post for the month of September. I rarely skip any month, so is this blog finally coming to an end with all my readers gone? Blogging used to be fun but with all expressions being said in less than 140 letters nowadays, blogging is becoming more of a chore.
Alright, once again, exams are approaching. It's finally coming to an end, the end of my studying career than spanned for 21 years, well, okay, maybe for around 17 years starting from aged 4. I'm not eagerly wanting to join the workforce unlike some of the people around me. I just cannot see any benefit of working besides receiving the payslip at the end of the month. Okay, I know how the saying goes that we need to contribute to the society, but that is just the commonly accepted notion of the need to work. Work work work work work... I got the rest of my life ahead of me in the deep abyss of "work". I shall take it slow. I make work sound so depressing.
Edit: I gave this blog a little face lift in the bid to keep this alive.
It's the time of the semester again! Assignments due dates are approaching! oh!
I seldom maintain this blog nowadays, seldom go to FB, tweet sporadically, and my live messenger presence is almost none. My online social life!~ Dwindling...
My spelling got worst due to spell check. You oh so convenient thing is threatening my command of English! I can't spell wardrobe anymore... I spell it like wardrope. Well, I remembered this cause it was an embarrassing moment when my group mate was staring at my spelling when I typed the word. I was like 'oh, my English sucks'.
Blogging is no longer in vogue. It's only used by people to gain fame and earn money through sponsorships by blogging about their products. Good money I must say.
I surrounded myself around some academy awards worthy films today - Julie & Julia, Invictus and An Education. I cried so much watching Invictus. Oh yes, it's a must watch. It's about... you know, how they overcome all the odds and finally win something. Actually, it's about how Nelson Mandela united the country through Rugby. So, some angst, a lot of determination, some cheese and it made the movie gold. Yes, yes, go watch it.
I also realised that all three of them are adapted from books. Right now, I'm thinking of getting my hands on Julia Child's My life in France but(!) I still have so many books and magazines on hand to read. Guess this is how I'll spend my holidays.
