Hectic Day

My job scope here is complicated to begin with. I am a Singaporean who works in Malaysia and assigned to handle indonesian callers. My bahasa it's not really strong but I just got to do it. Some gave a thumbs up and a handful gets irritated with my lingo. Well, I am trying my best!

I miss my son terribly today. Maybe I didnt get to play with him much on weekdays. When I get home from work, I only have abt 2 hours before putting him to sleep. Some days when I have to work late, he will wait patiently wait for me coz he needs milk! Yes, I still breastfeed. So he is so dependent on me. But I love what I am doing. I am challenging myself see how long I can breastfeed. Now he is 12m2wks. =)

Back to my main story, yes it's hectic. There's only 2 of us to handle the calls. In this team there's 4 staffs, 2 handling incoming calls(Lita and me) and 2 handling resellers(don't wish to mention their names). But it seems that only Lita and me are doing the job. We handle EVERYTHING and the balance 2 are just enjoying end of month salary and commission out of our hard work. I hope the company will find out their uncouth attitude soon. Damn them!

At the moment, not having a TL is good. My TL is a person who follows by the book. He used to be too flexible but then suddenly he became rigid. When my dear uncle was critically ill, I was asked to come back home. That was a friday. I submitted AL coz the next Sat was a training day. He rejected it and said that i have missed one training day b4 this. Told me to go back Spore after training! Duh! What is he talking about? When my dad called to say that my uncle died, I cried my eyes out. Not because he has died(we expected he couldn't make it) but because I just can't contain my anger towards my egoistic TL. When he saw me in that state, then he said i cud go. He also mentioned that when his fave uncle died, he didnt attend the funeral. Hey.....who the hell cares! I wish to attend the funeral and I am entitled to my AL. Full Stop!

Now that this TL has gone...I feel better. The team feels better too. I wish him all the best lah....

I am looking forward to go home end of this month. Going to renew my visa. At the same time there will be prayers too for my late uncle. I am so excited to meet my relatives! Yahoooo!!!!! Also so excited to meet Noris, Raudz, hopefully.

Ok I got to go....non-stop calls la. Macam siak! Well it's my job.....Ciao!
