Im Bananas Over You

 Hey

Today to share is another DT card on its way to Sweden and a little taste of Summer.

Summer?? What's that she says?(as the wind howls outside!!).

Weve also had 15cm of snow forecast today. So Im pretending Im on a warm sandy beach somewhere....if only.

 For my card Ive used another new Tilda from the Lovely Duo Collection, 'Banana Tilda Duo' and 'Aloha Palm Leaves, painted with Distress Reinkers

 The Palm Tree idea came from my crafty friend Jane, from a very clever card I remembered she made last Summer using the Fern DooHickey Die. I wasnt sure what she used for the trunk so I used Tim's Sizzix die rolled Pinecone and just snipped the little bits off and built them up.

 Papers are Riddersholm Huntington Garden

I thought the little charm was perfect for this card too. You will find this at Live and Love Crafts( Ive put a link at the bottom)

The gorgeous purple flowers are from the Ribbon Girl shop.

Ive used Go Kreate for the shape of the card and DooHickeys for the leaves, gate and tag.

Are you all snowed in yet?

Its so lovely to look at from inside a nice warm cosy house.

And that's just what little Miss Tilda is doing here from inside her cosy warm living room in her onesie. It just reminds me of my daughter Sophie, as soon as she gets home from school. Uniform off and PJ's on and feet up in front of the TV!!! :D

For my card Ive used the Lovely Couch from Lovely Duo Collection and Little Cute Tilda from Waiting for Christmas

Also Ive used the gorgeous Cherub resin also by Magnolia, which Ive shabbied up a little.

Today is the first colour challenge of the year over at the Ribbon Girls Challenge Blog and this week the colour is 

PINK

There's also two great prizes up for grabs. One from Marianne Design and the other from the Ribbon Girls themselves.

Sadly, it is also my last challenge for them. Ive decided to step down from the dt. May I take this time to thank Mary and Andrea for having me on their amazing team and for their generosity, but they certainly havent seen the back of me!!! I will always be a regular in their gorgeous shop. :D

I used Divine Tilda (I think a new favourite) and water coloured with Distress Reinkers on the amazing Langton paper
