I love October because it's officially fall! Fall is my favorite season! So of course, we had to go to Green Bluff and pick apples and pumpkins and drink hot cider.
Livia made the freshman volleyball team at school, and played a great season!
She is shushing us. She doesn't like us cheering her on. lol
Mike and I started using our spare time to make a few things for the house.
We started with a cute stuffed animal holder for Brooke.
Mike made a couple of subwoofer enclosures for the theater downstairs.
We made two coat racks for the main floor.
And a couch riser for the theater.
We helped my parents get ready for winter.
Mike got to play some golf with his dad, the day before his birthday.
Then on his birthday, we took a trip to Cabela's since it was cold and rainy outside.
And of course, Ivar's for lunch. Mike's favorite fast food!
Mike's so nice to split HIS birthday cake;
(since he's the only one who likes coconut pecan frosting! lol)
We went on a family fun run for a friend of Mike's, Brooke Elifson, who has been diagnosed with cancer! It was a beautiful day and a really good event.
Livia was excited to win a salon visit!
And the girls had fun with the silent auctions!

Sydney is on another smoothie kick! Although she eats just as much whipped cream as smoothie. lol (Plus she just looks so cute with her glasses and braces; that I'm still getting used to.) :)
Now that the girls all have their own bikes, we can go on family bike rides!
