Ok major update again haha..
The guys had their graduation ceremony on the 20th! Well some of them haha..
Had to go a little early so everyone could register
The graduation bear is so CUTE!! Why couldn't NUSHS have one too!?!?!
After the ceremony, we headed out for a movie/dinner. We would have watched Angels and Demons but the timings weren't good so we settled for dinner!
Walked around shopping/chatting for a while then Saran saw mini amusement rides outside. So we went for the only ones that allowed adults which was BUMPER CARS! Haha this is seriously the first time I've ever played and it it heck of fun!! Of course if you're not careful you get neck pains from jolting too much =P but it's really FUN!!
J is back in the store... SIGH means R will no longer be handling us temporarily.. I want her back!! G is transferring to Lido and we'll get R-e instead.. haha means Bryine can come help if I'm closing with R-e. Yay!
Been attached to Shaw Towers for a bit.. Its a really funny place for a Subway, right smack in the middle of the office lobby haha! A bit difficult for me to get to but well it means more hours!
I did a really bad thing.. well kinda bad because it was morally right but just got the Lido manager in HUGE trouble.. and I never intended for it to happen! I didn't even say anything about it, I just told R that my id wasn't activated in both Lido and Shaw Towers and she got suspicious and eventually uncovered what the Lido manager was doing.. She even got a warning letter for it so I don't think I'll ever be welcome in Lido again.. sigh..
I got offered a job at I@@y's haha! just fill in the @ with "g", so yeah..
Quite cool actually, I was serving the assistant manager and he came back to ask me some questions and gave me his card and asked me to think about it. I'd heard of it before but once I checked the website I was like woah! Considering it.. help?

Earthquake!
After we finished lunch we left him wondering about his gift... So we presented him with the "gift" and after 7 layers of wrapping, he found out it was one of his old clothes packed in a box and wrapped as a joke gift!
He didn't want to carry it around so he tossed it but Gee ran after him and told him the real gift was still inside the box, so he actually fished it out of the trash to look through the box! hahahaha! So after things calmed down a bit, we went up to bowl for a while. Saran is WICKED GOOD at bowling.. and this is only his second time! To think that I taught him and now he's pwning me.. >.<
Took a bus down to Orchard for a movie at Cine after that. We managed to catch 17 again. That show is really fun.. and turned out to be nicer then I expected..
Finally by the end of the day, we decided to be nice and finally let him have his real present =P
but then..
haha he was such a good sport.. Happy 21st to my best bud!
Been working till late lately.. closing lido at 130 am.. YAWN! Well it's good money..
You know when they say gay guys make the best girlfriends, I don't think they were exaggerating.. turns out the new guy in the lido store aspires to be a hairdresser and I suspect he's gay but he's just so fun to be around! We talk like a couple of girlfriends hahaha!
Went for X-Men Origins on Labour day. Boy Lido was packed! Ended up sitting in the front row in Lido 3. NEVER sit there especially with a big action movie going on. I left the cinema with a splitting headache! But the show wasn't bad.. a little too short for my taste and they probably could've better developed the story/characters if it was longer. I LOVE the way they portray Gambit.. I always liked his powers.. I'm glad they made it looks equally cool in this movie.
Apparently, Apple sells refurbished ipods! My mum was so crazy about my ipod that we decided to split the cost of a refurbished 3rd gen (since we can't find it anymore) and that ended up being her Mum's day gift! XD Now she wants to load it with movies so she can watch them in her spare time at work.. I am such a BAD influence on her ay ;)
I watched like 3 movies in 3 days!
Wednesday was Horsemen with Bryine and Jordan, which is some scary shit! I mean the idea of hooks in your body is just.. ugh!
Thursday was my off day, so me and my mum spent the day together cus my dad was at work. Managed to finally catch Knowing which was kind of a let down considering how promising it looked from the trailers. The beginning when they're figuring everything out was good, but the ending made me think like " what was the point of this whole movie then?" And I think they tried to incorporate too many themes into the movie by trying to appeal to christians and atheists alike.
Yesterday was STAR TREK with my family after work. Ok I'm half and half on this, because while on the one hand it's a good sci-fi flick, there are so many things wrong with it that they either didn't bother to research and get right or that they took blatant liberties with! I guess being a Trekkie from young makes me a little overprotective of the things that considered canon but I think JJ Abrahms does not do the Star Trek franchise justice even if he is attempting to reboot the series. But the inconsistencies aside, I think they actors did a great job in playing their predecessors! And the cameo from Leonard Nimoy as Spock just made my day! <3 I have and always will love Spock! XD I guess I'm a little disatisfied at the way they left things with this "alternate universe" and all but ohwell.. as long as Leonard Nimoy is happy, then I'm going to be fine.. Just no more Spock-Uhura PLEASE!!! That's just wrong!! I mean it can be Uhura-anyone else.. just not Spock.. I mean he's VULCAN for goodness sake! They have pon-farr only every 7 years!
Ok ignore me.. just my inner Trekkie ranting.. =D
