17th: GEP invigilation
It was a heck load of fun doing the invigilation.. it was really embarrassing when some of the kids starting bowing and greeting me as they walk past me! haha so cute! ^^ very pai seh.. =P Anyway I'd forgotten how tiny we all used to be when we were 9.. They're such little people and some of them are really smart too. I guess when we look at them we don't expect them to understand much but I keep having to remember I was fully aware of what was going on even at 9, so I shouldn't underestimate them.. The kids are especially cute when they're thinking.. and the way they wrinkle up their nose in confusion and scratch their heads.. SO CUTE! Makes you wanna go and hug them ^^(ok I'll stop now.. I'm beginning to sound like lynn XD ) In any case, the canteen food is so cheap! $1.00 for chicken rice and the portions aren't bad too! I wonder how they make money..

21st: Final GEP invigilation
We did the final round of coding! Had alot of fun sitting with my group.. The year 5 guys are pretty hilarious ^^
The coding sessions are like working in a sweatshop or factory.. We were all competing to see who could finish coding the fastest.. I'd imagine the same thing happens in like the Nike factories.. like "I can finish making my Nike shoes faster then YOU!" So kids if you ever wondered why you never made it into GEP.. it was probably because you had seniors like us coding your papers! hahaha!
Next time we should be smart and not hand in the papers to the the officers if we finished it so fast.. They were so happy we were faster then the rest that they dumped the double sided papers on us to code! That's like double what everyone else has to do.. SMART Deborah.. real smart.. *eyeroll*
After the coding Cherm, Lynn and I went for Nights in Rodanthe.. I must say that the acting and whole story line seems pretty realistic.. I guess its more the acting because they way they portrayed the characters didn't feel fake or put on to me.. It's a pretty good storyline but I think only single people should watch it =P
22nd: Farewell Assembly
Well school's over.. It's actually bittersweet for me cus despite how screwed up the school can be sometimes, I think it's been one of the best times of my life.. We gave Ms Tan a fighting fish as a parting gift (which mikel calls Bob ^^) and we all got a key which signifies something I just can't remember what.. Each of ours has out name on it and mine just barely fits into the space.. and that's just my English name ^^

24th: Research Report Due
I'm really proud of our report.. I remember the one I did in Year 4.. Dr Ng wanted a 30 page report and I think it was a bit of a stretch for us to actually make it.. But this time by the time we hit 30 pages, we were not even finished yet! There was just so much info that we have in this project that I think it was pretty easy to cross the 30 page mark.. All in all our report is now 38 pages.. we actually wanted to write more but we didn't have time and I guess we don't want it to be too draggy.. I actually think our project is quite comprehensible despite certain complicated aspects.. Lets hope our graders think so too.. ^^
The appendix was a nightmare! I mean every time we add a new picture or more text, the position of the pictures shift and I have to redo the list of figures again! We had to get it bound because our mentor wanted us to present it that way.. and frankly I think it's too big a pile to staple anyway =D I think the security guard in the hostel office was pretty amazed at how much we were printing.. We printed 5 copies, 1 for our mentor, 2 for our graders and 2 for us.. that's like 190 pages? LOL I'm really so proud of it ^^
So now EVERYTHING academic wise is OVER! w00ts! I was really so busy with the report that when Eugenie told me that the selection for our Grad CAP had started I was surprised.. I was still under the impression we were in mid October or smth haha ^^
In any case, I'm very very happy that I did much better then I ever hoped for this Sem.. And as a result, my Grad CAP ROCKS! I was selecting my year 3 & 4 Electives when I realised my overall CAP had gone up.. I was really wondering how that happened when I realised that they had removed my F for Chinese! YAY! I mean thank god that it'll never be reflected ever! I hadn't studied it in YEARS and I'm exempted anyway so I guess it was only fair to remove it.. So that coupled with my MARVELOUS CAP this sem, I MADE IT! YES =P Celebration time baby!
And I got A+ for internship! I'm just speechless haha.. I really never thought I'd get and A+ for that.. WOW!
In any case, I've finished watching Code Geass.. And I'm doing nothing but watching Stargate all day hehe
Wow that was like a marathon post.. Remind me not to let my blog die again any time soon ^^ my fingers hurt from the typing.. ~#ow

Finally I have a pocket of free time to blog!! Time to revive my dead blog! =D
The Sep Science exam on Tuesday was totally not as easy as Mr Gerald said it'd be! =S I feel cheated..
Was catching up on my research project and trying to complete my UCAS application over the week.. Managed to go out with my mum and do some shopping during the Taka 15% sale..
Went for Eagle Eye and pool on Friday with Kenwei, Cherm and Lynn
Eagle Eye turned out to be pretty good.. Good 'ol computer program going bonkers and the whole conspiracy sha-la-la =P
I'm quite glad the movie ended where it did cus the two leads SHOULD NOT pair up.. it's just WRONG.. yeah 'nuf said ^^
Played a few games of pool at Meridian... Never been there actually.. I think hang around the downtown part of orchard normally..
We din bother to take much pictures cus we were too busy laughing.. Lynn's first time! She's a fast learner haha!
The GEP invigilation on Monday was seriously not what I expected it to be.. We spent the first hour or so in a briefing and spent the REST OF THE DAY shading ovals on OMS sheets. It turn out we had to code for the wrong or right answers on the Free Response section of the papers that the Primary 3 kids did. The action apparently only happens on the 16th and 17th and since I can only make it on the 17th, I'm a runner!! GAH.. I wanted to invigilate! T.T
In any case, the school I'm assigned to is Opera Estate Pr (where?) yeah it's in Kembangan.. BUT it seems my ex primary school principal is there now! Wonder if I'll happen to see him there..
We got back our papers on the 14th.. I did pretty well for Math and Bio.. my Chems could have been better though! Stupid SS Chem.. I mean it was so NOT like Mr Gerald said..
We managed to give Ernest his present before I had to rush off to NIE to get new results for my IR.. Dr Tan was actually quite pleased with what we had.. *glee!*
We actually managed to finish everything in one day, and while it was still daylight! (Gasp! Are we getting good or what? =D)
Finally managed to add the new results to our poster and sent it off for printing today..
I saw Ken from ST while at Peace Centre!! I couldn't for the life of me remember his name and I had to sit with Eugenie and think about it for close to fifteen minutes before I remembered! hahaha oops.. I'm just bad at remembering names.. =P

Gah I hate it when teachers come up to tell you bad news when they were actually mistaken! I just screws with my mind I tell you! I mean eventually it turns out ok but it's real traumatizing in the process!! Ugh.. >.<
Talked to the other college counsellor for the first time today and I already can't stand her.. She has this way of talking that just irritates the hell outta me.. Apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way.. Thank goodness.. I thought I was the only one..
Today I was happily studying in the evening when I got a call from the hostel office asking me where I was because I forgot I had library duty!! I wish I could just swaps days during the exams.. but there's no other convenient date..
Last paper tomorrow!!! I can't wait.. I have to get back to my IR!!

English, Math and Bio is over.. now there's only Spectro and SS Chem left..
Math was pretty do-able considering I managed to understand everything I've missed in the lessons.. That sincos5 question is just killing me.. I know that in the end I'm gonna think I was so silly at not realising how simple the solution was or something..
The last two questions for Bio was just pure evil..I mean dumping a whole 20 marks into one question is freaking risky.. they don't section it of so that you can score points in certain sections.. I bet I know who set them >.<
