bleagh nasty week ahead for me..
I have:
-Chem quiz
-Bio quiz
-Bio seminar
-Math Test

heck.. anyway this week was pretty ok considering half the week was a holiday. Spent it working, for which I get paid double!!! Yay for public hols!
Din get much for CNY though. I find that as my age is inversely proportionate to the CNY collection ..*pouts*
Didn't do much hols hmwk which ended up with me chionging my work the night before the start of school. what and accomplishment! 1015 words of english essay in less then 2 hours from 100+ words at the start of the hols. I think I'm a professional crapper. Which reminds me, Ms Ching considers my art essay to be one of the best. o.0 riiiiiight I have no idea how that happened since most of them were on the spot essays filled with mostly repetitive and big-space-filling words and points.
Well I can only quote what is commonly known: Art History is 10% knowledge+ 90% crap.
Did more plaster casting.. this time did my face.. made a phantom of the opera-like mask.. gonna try and polish it up another time..

Friday went out with the twins, DG and her brother. Had to go find Rachael and David in the midst of Orchard road during the Chingay Parade. It was like trying to search for two needles in a bloody big and noisy haystack. Only the twins, DG and her bro were remotely interested in watching it (Josh and I can't be bothered by it) especially Sam who spent one part just ogling at some showgirl's goodies.. lol! it runs in the family.. it runs in the family.. XD Finally took off to Marina square for some pool. Man, DG's brother is PRO at pool and he tells me that he doesn't play much.. yeah right! Anyway Dan got his ass kicked at pool and Josh had to help save us from the DG and her bro.

Kevin found me on friendster. Haha! I think friendster is pretty handy at meeting old classmates. Gosh he's grown. I remember he used to be puny and really brat-ish but now.. mignon!
Had a craving for sushi today so we met up at SakaeSushi for lunch ^^. Gosh the guy is cheeky. I guess that side of him never went away. He even called Dan to join us for lunch! Ugh that guy is incorrigible! Dan was clueless about how to get there (as usual) and when he got there he didn't even see us so we both pretended not to be there and played a trick on him. Kev told him on the phone that he was still at home! I think we offended several people sitting nearby cus we were laughing so hard. Poor Dan, I think he felt lamposty. Kev was so nice cus he paid for lunch even when I was trying to pay for my bill. Went to arcade where we played pool for the second time in the week. Dan got trashed at pool (again!) even though I told Kevin to be nice.. lol I think Dan felt kinda left out today cus he didn't talk much. It's all Kevin's fault ^^
Well the twins leave on Wednesday T.T I'm going to miss them. Hope I can make it to their party on Sunday though. Hostel wants us to be back by 7, and Ms Ang is holding the b'day celebration on Sunday as well.. brilliant.. *fret* oh boy

ack ok now back to chem.. I hate reaction mech! >.<

oops i sense blog neglect.. =P
yeah well cus I've had more important things to do then blog, so I might as well take time off to blog on new yr's eve ^^

quite an eventful 2 weeks. mondays and tuesdays always crammed with tests or quizes though.. (gimme a break)
Ms Ching did a plaster casting demo for us, using lei lei as a model!

so we all did a cast and Theo proceeded to cast his entire leg.. smmaaaarrrt choice.. since plaster tends to stick to hair and theo has hairy legs o.0 but it was kinda cool cus it all came out rather nicely.. with his hair none the worse
Dominic has his mind perpetually in the gutter. Lynn, Ching Pin, me and Dom spent one afternoon in the canteen making sick jokes about "spending last night DOING maths" and "sharpening your PENcIlS before you DO math". yeah well now we know that he has a crush. Dom-"I like a girl.. I think she's quite pretty.. I think Ernest is pretty" *gasps!* ROFL haha.
ohwell but at least we made a rather interesting discovery about CP.

Its actually kinda funny cus I've got people pairing me with Ernest jus cus we talk to each other alot. its funny cus I know who his beloved is ^^ *evil grin*

Anyway Saturday was kinda interesting too because I went out grocery shopping with my bro and mum and we saw this guy from church who we all know only as Aunty-Molly's-Second-Son. haha, my mum commented that he looks so much cuter when he's awake.. hoho! some one's been napping in church. But he IS cute.. just a little short..like Duncan.. so SAD! why can't the guys in church be TALLER! they are all so good looking.. just lack decent height =(

Yay my class got the chem quiz postponed! *does a little dance of joy*.
I must be blur of deaf or stupid because I studied for the same Art test twice in a row only to find out that it had been postponed.. man I AM smart..
Our class lost the singing competition! yay! for once I'm glad that we lost out. At least we did ms tan proud but lost anyway. Everyone except 504 was cheering when they heard they won *sniggers* cus they have to perform again during the CNY programme and the prize is nothing substantial ^^

V-day.. interesting enough. Carissa spent the whole of dinner and some preparing her v-day gifts. man takes alot of patience. then the the fibo cheer and others descend on our pantry to do theirs as well and from what I heard they didn't sleep till 6am. I'm amazed.. anyway I received quite alot from them (maybe due to the fact that I'm in their class *shrug* ) so my table is full of pink and purple stuff.. including stuff from mel and french class ppl (thanks for the chocs!)
French class was quite amusing cus I got there early and I met Connie in the washroom and she wished me happy v-day. And then she proceeded to wish me happy v-day for chwee wei cus he told her to wish me specifically.. lol! ok.. interesting.. He didn't turn up for class until halfway through and then plonked down in the table just across from me.. meh..

Had the chemistry practical test yesterday.. I missed the TLC class so can you imagine when TLC is tested and I have NO clue as to what to do. Ms Yong I suppose being new had no idea as to how to proceed but I managed to scrape by by observing other people's TLC. whew! spent the whole of the evening afterwards helping the VNese with the rehearsal for the CNY performance.. I must say that Kim and Kung can play their parts really amusingly. Trong looks cute in a turban ^^

Today had the performance.. dance club came up with a fresh routine and finally the orchestras played good stuff! was going to lunch with Lynn Margy and Co. but they took so long making up their minds that I eventually met mum for lunch in town. spent the rest of the day shopping ^^ and I bought new shoes!

yay tmr reunion dinner.. and working again..

lol ok long update needed..

N.E thing wasn't so bad albeit a little redundant since none of the suggestions would actually be able to be implemented anyway.. if only there was a way to change it all.. just can't think of any ideas.. I just realised how lucky my juniors are, they dun have social studies and N.E poured down their throats in this school. I completely forgot that other students were still studying it, I was like isn't that so primary school? *shrugs*

This week was rather eventful. My mentor group ended up winning the merit award for class deco! YAY!!! I mean I was so totally in shock because after we did everything up, I'd already begun to have a bad feeling about it all. Like it was really not good enough since it was a little sparse as compared to the designs of 504 and 503. But we won anyway! Apparently there are two categories. merit and excellence.. and of course as expected 505 clinched the excellence, but never in my dreams would I have imagined tt we would win the merit award. The whole class was clueless then lynn and I started jumping up and down and screaming with everyone giving us weird looks o.0 haha. We received a cert and $40 Macs vouchers! yay now we know where we'l be eating for the next birthday celebration haha.

Chem lab was another interesting session. I'm waiting to see if this trend repeats itself for the rest of the semester. So far we've had at least one mishap or another every lab. This time, Gabriel's flask fell into the ice bath so he had to do it all over again. Then the water from Zhao Ye's condenser spurted out and got everywhere... including the hot oil bath, and we know what hot oil and water does.. the whole bench had to be evacuated. Then strangely enough, more then 3/4 of the class ends up with little or no experimental yield. I think only about five ppl got decent yields.. including me ^^ (yay for patience!)


I got decent marks for bio and chem is getting a little harder.. Math test was fun!! I just wish I knew how to do some of the qns tho..

Today had training again today... and I only just realised tt I had mildly twisted my foot when I was getting ready to go out... brilliant..>.<

Now am at Dan's church listening to him and Sam and some dude jamming. Seems they're practising for valentine's day.. 0.o ookay..

I managed to get ernest and too some extent lynn hooked onto "digital love" haha.. i'm eeevil.. but it is a nice song..
