not a bad week so far.. although the ever present loom of next week's homework still shadows my enjoyment. I wached POTC a few days ago. I think its great but they didn't seemt to follow some parts of the trailer which is a pity since the trailer was so much funnier.
The Lake House finally opened!!! july 27!!! yay here I go..
Yesterday was the last day of art week and we had someone from la salle come down and give us a talk on careers in the arts field. i feel so sorry for him cus everyone including some teachers were sleeping during his talk LOL, and after his talk everyone clapped so enthusiastically hahaha.. I think he kinda knew why we were so happy. I guess the school must have really bad taste cus they gave me a prize for my tile haha.. I mean it was really poorly done and someone even got it scratched. Fugly tile ^^ but I have to touch it up when school reopens. Be also won for her fox tile.. and we were even doing our tiles together.. talk about inspiration rubbing off ^^ Anyhow we won oil paints, a set of brushes and canvas.. sweet
But actually throughout all that yesterday I was suffering from a really bad migraine.. I had to wait till class finished before I could go sign in for sick bay. Not sure why I had such a bad one this time... maybe the myth about washing one's hair in the morning is actually true.
Mr Iskandar came down for our art exhibition in the library.. actually I agree with him.. we do lack creativity.. but not much we can do about that is there? He said something about my print but I never got to hear it..
Now i've gotten hooked into some tawainese drama because of phoung.. haha but its quite funny actually. I think this has got to be the first time I've ever watched a tw drama..

art week! and being reformed art geeks after taking art history, chi&I decided to take part in the art qiuz... but I din really want to.. maybe tomorrow haha. The art club set up a tile painting booth.. I think its so cool when u look at all the tiles together.. really look nice. Wonder whether they can be tiled up somewhere... My tile is fugly! Considering I did it under 5 mins cus I had to go help with the booth.. just fugly... yay library art exibition is finally up.. Kinda makes me miss being in art club.. get to do alot of unusual stuff.. but jing xuan says it not all its cracked up to be anymore.. just as well I'm in tennis anw..

oops haven't updated in a while
for mentoring we had this deportment classes and this time the lady taught us how to dress. Actually most of what she told us I more or less already know cus my mum already taught me. It was kinda funny cus chi borrowed my sch uniform one day and my shirt was shorter then hers and my skirt was longer.. and according to the lady, shorter shirt longer skirt means..... now chi understands.. haha.. ok never mind about that.
Racial harmony day was a few days ago and I went in a kebaya.. didn't have a sarong though. But I had my mum's kerosang so yeah. A bit hot having to walk around in that but fun fun haha.. especially when so many people wore traditional costumes. Half the hostelite girls spent the night before trying on everyone else's costumes and high heels but eventually no one wore high heels on that day o.0 Took some pictures but I can't find the others so...
Fiona wore Ha's school uniform which also happens to be the vietnamese tradtional dress and Jing xuan wore something Malay. Chi wore something Chinese and Lynn wore the SIA uniform again and Gulabi wore a Punjabi suit.
Then x-country was yesterday.. had it at East Coast. For the first time this year i had to wake up at 6 so that we could go on the bus to bring us to East Coast. Forgot how cold it is so early in the morning. I can swear that the run was less then 2.4.. din feel that long.. I mean I run 2.4 at night sometimes and its way longer.. or maybe cus our track is longer then 400m according to Mel.. Anyway my timing went up by 2 mins haha.. which means I could get a Gold now.. w00t!
our beaches aren't that great though.. the ones in Australia are so nice... but yeah took a picture with Chi.
After that went out with mel and some 304's to eat lunch.. walked for like more then 1 hour plus a bus ride just to go to one of the guy's favourite laksa stall X.x yeah but it wasn't too bad cus the food there was ok. then went to queensway to get some stuff.. by the time I got back I was so tired.. but eventually went to Battle of the Bands at ACSI with Darren and Mel.. lol it was way cool i think Deluge should have won cus they were so original but the barker guys gave them a hard fight.. plus they played good songs.. whee sweet home alabama!! heard a fight broke out soon after we left between barker and independent.. yeah not surprised..there some pretty rowdy barker guys there.. saw Royston,Cheryl,Keagan,Daniel,Andre and Jenkin there.. Maia Lee was one of the judges so yeah everyone was hyped up about that.. and some barker guy ran up to her to get a hug.. lmao

Last year I upgraded from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0. I soon noticed that the new program began unexpected child processing that took up a lot of space and valuable resources. In addition, Wife 1.0 installed itself into all other programs and now monitors all other system activity. Applications such as Poker Night 10.3, Football 5.0 , Hunting and Fishing 7.5 , and Racing 3.6 no longer run , crashing the system whenever selected.
I can't seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background while attempting to run my favorite applications. I'm thinking about going back to Girlfriend 7.0 , but the uninstall doesn't work on Wife 1.0 . Please help!

This is a very common problem that men complain about.
Many people upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0, thinking that it is just a Utilities and Entertainment program. Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM and is designed by its Creator to run EVERYTHING !!! It is also impossible to delete Wife 1.0 and to return to Girlfriend 7.0 . It is impossible to uninstall, or purge the program files from the system once installed.
You cannot go back to Girlfriend 7.0 because Wife 1.0 is designed to not allow this. Look in your Wife 1.0 manual under Warnings-Alimony- Child Support. I recommend that you keep Wife1.0 and work on improving the situation. I suggest installing the background application "Yes Dear" to alleviate software augmentation.
The best course of action is to enter the command C:\ APOLOGIZE because ultimately you will have to give the APOLOGIZE command before the system will return to normal anyway.
Wife 1.0 is a great program, but it tends to be very high maintenance . Wife 1.0 comes with several support programs, such as Clean and Sweep 3.0 , Cook It 1.5 and Do Bills 4.2 .
However, be very careful how you use these programs. Improper use will cause the system to launch the program Nag Nag 9.5. Once this happens, the only way to improve the performance of Wife 1.0 is to purchase additional software. I recommend Flowers 2.1 and Diamonds 5.0 !
WARNING!!! DO NOT , under any circumstances, install Secretary With Short Skirt 3.3 . This application is not supported by Wife 1.0 and will cause irreversible damage to the operating system.

Today was some kind of self evaluation program for our mentoring session.. What was one of your defining moments? I think the most recent one I've had was when I watched R.V with my mum and my bro... kinda made me remember my dad cus he does try his best many times.. he has his shortcomings and I don't think that him being away for most of the time helps his relationship with us.. watching the way "jojo" was acting on screen reminds me of sometimes i'm pretty unappreciative toward him and how I tease my dad sometimes and I really felt rotten for a while. So I started to make a conscious effort to pay more attention to him and to go welcome him when he comes home. I think I haven't done that for a long time.. sometimes its small things like a movie that can change a person so much.
I've noticed something about my tennis. I play much( and I mean much much) better when I'm playing a real game then the practice runs coach makes us do.. I fail miserably at that.. the whole routine and all, but in a game I played with thejas and stanley.. my stroke was so much better.. sometimes I don't get it why can't I be consistent enough..
