Family History minute to win it games
Have tablecloths on each table with different colors for each table. ($1 from Walmart)
Give everyone a card with rotation 1-7. Each rotation will have a color attached to it. Rotate after each activity. Have everyone switch groups each activity, so that they are with new people each time. We also had a rotation for the meal, so that they sat with a different group of people at one meal.
Things needed:
- Scrabble or Bananagram tiles game #1
- 6-8 Pictures of a family member for game #2
- Balloons for each group--match them to the tablecloth color. Inside each balloon put a task to complete (ex Do 5 pushups, Do 10 jumping jacks, Do 3 frog hops, Sing “I’m So Glad When Daddy Comes Home”, Twirl around 3 times, Give everyone in your group a high five) or a family members name. game #3

1. Familygrams 3 minutes
Give each group a bag with Bananagram or scrabble tiles.
Each group turns over there tiles when the timer starts. They need to form names of people in the family and connect them Scrabble style.
2. What age?
Arrange photos of one family member from youngest to oldest.
3. Balloon Pop!!
The teams have to pop the balloon and perform the task or match the family members name with a picture of them.
4. Where is the world?
Label with a dot and the name on the map where each sibling in the family was born. Bonus points for labeling where their spouse was born.
5. I know you! 3 min.
Remove a Jenga block and answer a question from the bowl of questions.
Stack the block
If the blocks fall, cannot restack the blocks.
Tallest tower at the end of 3 minutes unsupported by humans wins.
6. Identify the baby
Distribute baby pictures to each group.
Identify as many pictures as you can in the allotted time.
