We spent a day at Aunt Susies. She had it all planned out with a pool, slip n' slide and popsicles! The girls had a lot of fun and Susie and I had a great time chatting and catching up.
We spent a day with Stacey and Makenzie so that we could do surprise pictures of the Mehl grandkids for the Mehls. Joy took them and did amazing! It is hard for my other 3 girls to understand this family dynamic but they did good being patient and after they all played together like best friends! It was fun to catch up Stacey and Makenzie.
These 3 are all the same age. McKenna is by far the tallest
Saw the UP House and held baby Sienna
Conked out after a long day! And we got to go see a band with grandpa at Jordan Landing but it wasn't his band. Still fun though.
We saw The Little Mermaid at Hale Center Theatre. It was so great! The stage they have in there is truly spectacular. The talent of the actors was great as well. It was so fun. The Mehls brought Cecily, Payton and Brinley too so that AJ wouldn't miss out. It was really a lot of fun.
Went to see Grandpa at West Jordan park where he was doing a booth for the city. On the way through the library the girls saw the grizzly bear. Brylee laughed, McKenna was so not having it. No way he was eating her head! Ha ha
Sadie got baptized! Special moment to share with cousins.
On the way home we stopped to see Blake. He can't hold still for even a minute so we went on a hike! It was a quick easy hike, and yet I totally biffed it! The girls had fun. We had to go back to Blakes and hurry and shower them and dig out clean clothes because they got so dirty and soaked!

Ummm are you insane? Yeah Brylee climbed high enough to get stuck and Blake had to go save her. His kids are nuts for adventure. Ellie sat at the bottom with me just shaking her head, lol.
I love that our kids are growing up as cousins just like we did. We love to hang out with Blake and his family.
