ONE YEAR~ PHEW!!!!

OH my goodness I have been divorced ONE YEAR!!!   Its so strange to be where I am now and look back at the road i've traveled.   ITs been completely an educational situation.   I know that a year ago, I was so sad.   I was mad, and I was confused and scared.  as I stand where I am, I'm happy. I'm strong, and I know things are going to be alright!  

I'm so happy i have my family and i have my religion.  Both have been major supports for me. My family has stood by me and listened to a lot of my complaints and woe is me stories but they also told me I was strong, and I am able to do this.   I'm so happy I have them!

Life moves on, and it's wonderful!

I was soooo lucky to get photography jobs this weekend.  Here are a few of my favorites :D

Ghost Towns and fun!

We (my friends and I) took a little Sunday drive to see this "ghost town" we keep hearing about 

so here are some pictures of that. 

Then there is this place called the "Old Iron Town"  

It was pretty cool,  this is the inside of a big oven.

Fall Fall Fall!

I love Fall!  Okay I love fresh vegetables,  Pumpkin flavored things, Sweaters, 

Yellows, Oranges, and Reds! OH MY!

Need I say any more?

I find myself drawn to the mountains more in fall and of course

I never wear the right shoes for hiking as demonstrated below. 

The sky was the right shade of Blue, the Leaves... gorgeous!  And just an all around 

Awesome day. 

Oh and I discovered this Beauty over the break. Its pretty awesome... all rusted and what not.

Okay so I'm an Advertising major... Not sure if I've mentioned that and today, in class, I was semi bored and I decided to make some cute prints like the ones I've seen online.  So here is my "go" at it.

Homecoming

So its homecoming week, 

Had a lot of fun stuff planned. they had a huge party last night with Peter Brienholt, Kurt Bestor, and a couple other bands,  they had free food, drinks and this awesome Ice fountain you poured your drink down and it would cool it and you'd catch the drink in the bottom.  Pretty sweet.

Force a smile:

Today is a no-good, dirty-rotten, stupid, annoying Monday.   Today is what I call a paint on a smile type of day.   I know that people do not like Mondays in general but for some reason today is just one of those bad bad Mondays.

LAS VEGAS!!!!

I know they say whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.. but I really dont party like a rock star so I feel I can share what I did.  haha well I went down for a photo job.  My cousin's little girl is getting baptized next month so they wanted pictures taken for the invitations.  So here are some photos I did.

We then hung out and ate out and went down to the strip.  ha It was an awesome trip. I love my family 

down there!  

We went and ate at this place called "Bid Dogs" It was divine! OH I ate a lot of GREAT food when I was down there!   Then we went down the Strip in the morning so I could see what was all down there.  The Stratosphere is probably my favorite one next to the Luxor.

Oh and this picture is special for my pops.   Its the pawn shop off Pawn Stars!!!    I was like.. Ah i wish i had something cool to take in.  oh well... ha a picture would have to suffice. 

My beloved Luxor... may be the closest i get to a Pyramid.  haha

Thank you Vegas for the weekend. It was truly fun.  Now back to homework!  blah.

oh yeah.... I went in for a trim and this is what i got... a shag with bangs. ha not sure how I feel about it.
