Its been 12 months since I started my flight training. Due to pure mismanagement the school decides as a revenue raising exercise its going to charge all students 1.5k "admin fee" a month. The already school has my money and they demand I pay this admin fee or else I won't be flying. Blackmail?

I'm deciding whether I should make them waive the admin fee or refund me my money. Its a hard situation, each with its pro's n con's.

PPL

I'm going to be sitting my private pilot exam in 2 days and frankly I'm utterly scared.

21st

My friend, Anthony invited me to go clubbing last friday. If I remember correctly, it was because there was a 21st birthday party happening.

I didn't celebrate my 21st.

Mid year 08

Today marks the end of the first half of the year and it's a Monday.

I was at home today, I studied and got a few house keeping things done.

Update

Flight training is going okay. I'm beginning to realise that the pace of my training involves me being proactive i.e. borderline annoying, asking for flights to be booked.

I'm happy to write that between my last blog entry; I've cleared all the school's in-house exams, gone first & training area solo.

Also I've been assigned a new aircraft, the Liberty XL2, to fly/train in. Here are some cockpit pictures of the aircrafts that I have flown and trained on.

I flew late in the afternoon. Up there, I saw lighting and the storm moving in from the distance. It was awesome.

Got home and went to the local sports club to watch the Australia vs Qatar soccer game with the old man. Australia Won. 3-0

Pre Solo

I had my pre solo exam this morning, which I managed to clear.

Tomorrow, I'll be having my pre-area exam.

There was suppose to be another exam, the Basic Aeronautical Knowledge, but it got pushed back till I've gotten 5hrs of flying experience.
