alright, whee ha! :) time for some blogging session about a day which was filled with tons of surprises! :)

My birthday celebration began today, with MISS EVAN appearing at my house estate and so on therefore, which was a birthday surprise gift. After which, i had an atrocious haircut at RAVE because of some noob cake person. Well, i shall not dwell on that. :) Then met Joseph and we set off to Marina South to meet many SC and COS members. WHA, this is the first successful outing we have such that every member came! :) Superb! Ate steamboat and played pool after that in town. :)

Well, they tried to give me a birthday surprise however, the moment i saw the polar box, the balloon was burst! And to make matters 'worse', Eugene and Jun Kiang came with the big soft toy which simply let the cat out of the bag. However, i was instructed to act surprise. Which i submissively did so. What took my mind aback was that 'erecting' toy cause 75 bucks! Goodness gracious me! :/ Well, what i love about today was the people in the outing. The thought and the amount of effort they placed in it. Frankly speaking, i never expected them to celebrate my birthday for me. Thanks friends! I truly appreciate you guys in my life! That means, we should be running more this coming year! hehe.

a day of celebration and retreat to thank him for what has happened in our lives. :)
dmm of nc, went to chocolate bar today and we indulged ourselves in a pool of chocolate. :) Fantastic.

after that overflowing chocolate, i was talking to some of my leaders and i was refresh by one conviction in my leadership.

Build the people not how you want them to be, rather build our people to according how God wants them to be.

If not, we will be building many duplicates of yourself. In order to build our people according to what God wants them to be, as leaders we need to sensitive to God. He will tell us what to do. If not, i think i will be doing them a great disfavor. :)

alright, with some wisdom from somewhere, i finally realized why this blog PMS once in awhile.
you could reconcile it to my stupidity/not being observant. :)

as i reflect through this entire year, i would say throughout my 19 years on earth, it has surely been one that i have learn much. May it be about social norms, stress, knowledge, physically, relationships, cultures, politics, leadership, myself and all. Gosh, a whole load of stuff for me man. :) However, this is not meant to be an emotional post or whatever. :)

alright, for the past few days i have been catching up with many friends in my life from different life stations. Come to think of it, the thought of the number of different life stations i have as a student is horrendous. Different class, different cliques, and different friends. Been through many classes, i could say that i have friends from a vast social-economic background. Well, i am not certain how good it is. But i must say that through all these friends, i have learn much. The political side to the personal and all. Once again, i thank God for such friends in my life. How on earth did i deviate to this topic? Alright, i celebrated my Christmas eve with north, YK and his group plus Melvin. Tried baking, but i think it was rather CMI. But i don't care. At least, i know how to bake now. :) Spent my Christmas with Denies, friends and her family. Gosh, her mum seriously can cook. Well, this is the first time i come across people giving red packets during Christmas. :) Then i spend my day today with north c, and my secondary school classmates and friends. Fantastic. :) The next few days would be interesting.

Oh yeah, had a unit celebration with North C today. I would say that the team led by Xue Yong did a fantastic job. We have basket of cookies. The food was overwhelming. Goodness. It was ultra spam. Amazing race taught me about many new areas. I appreciate the card JJ gave me today. Words in the card were from a sincere heart. :) Hence, if you still do not get what i mean, you have bad inference skills. Alright, if you have received a card from me this Christmas, please feel honored. Because whatever you read, are from the depth of my heart. But once again, i must say North C you guys are the best! :) This is one team where i saw how his grace and power moved in the hearts of people. Like what i said today, i don't care what people say who you guys are, to me all of you are worth His life and that is all that matters. :)

alright, this brings me to the purpose of my post. :)

Something hit me while i was sharing with the guys about the day God died today. ironic? Why will God even die? I guess you will know the rest of the story.
If God had ever sinned, then i think he did it once in the bible. It was on that cross, this is because he bore all of our sins on that very cross. After which, he went through hell for us.
Gosh, God sinned? He must be the most sinful man on earth that very day. On that very cross, all our sins pierced though his flesh. What took me away was this, if the fact that God hate sin has not been birth in you mind, let me do that for you. God hates sin. He detest it. It was sin that drew men away from God. Then take a moment to think about this, since he abhor sin, then when he was on the cross, didn't he carry the whole entire world sin? Does that means, he hated it? Think about it, would you eat a whole plate of shit that is smack in front of your face? No right? What about if it is the whole word shit that you had to eat it? Gosh, you hate it so much, what could possibly give you the courage to do such a thing? Likewise, what possibly gave Jesus that much courage to do that? He hates sin, what then made him carry it? Unconditional Love. :)

Gosh, it blew me away when i was sharing this to everyone. God, you love me. Hence, north c, i want you to always remember that you are worth Jesus life. That is all that matters. I seriously don't care what people label you as, let no one call you as loser or useless. For you are important in his eyes. Everyone is important to him. You are victorious in him. Hence as a family, let's continue to bring the truth to people who needs to comprehend this message. Life transformation is what we will see in this land.

more than pleasure, it was a fruitful day spending with people that i treasure in my life. :)

i woke up in a fluster to realize that it was eleven in the morning, when i was supposed to meet kar jun at ten at my house Macs. Thank God, he had not left his house when i gave him a call immediately with my husky voice when i saw the clock. His reason for not leaving his house was because it was raining. Thank God for the rain. After we met, we left for my house coffee shop for our lunch, because i hate mac food. Under seriously obligation, then i will succumbed to their food. After which, we head back to Macs and i finally did some work. Well, at least re attempt physics promo mcq questions and looked through at Superposition tutorial. When the clock hit twenty minutes after three, we left for town and met Alferd for our beloved waffles day! Gosh, the deal was fantastic! 13.90 for two plates of waffles ice cream. As we ate, we met quite a number of people. Kar Jun and Alferd, if you are reading this, remember to come my church on saturday! lol! haha. anyway, i shall do some publicity about my church service Saturday, it will be held at suntec. From around 3 to 5 pm. So text me if you want to come. :) It's going to be extremely fun, because of the people who are all from youth life station and lots other events. So see ya!

They left for home around six, then i met Jarvin for dinner. lol. it was hilarious. well, in short, i enjoyed the time spent together. We wrote many xmas cards! And i left with around 38 more to go! haha. By faith, i can finish. If not, GG. After writing till 10 odd, we went to chinatown for porridge. eh, come to think of it, i ate a lot today. Sinful.

The guilt of having a heap of food was erased when i went for a 6.6km run just now. Apparently, i have not been running for a week plus. BAD. Still, i went for my run! :)

As i was writing xmas cards today, this thought reverberated around my head.
Christmas is more than writing cards and giving gifts, it is about the best gift that has been given to mankind. The gift of life, Jesus. Even as we panic and rushed through those cards, shopping and to realize you have insufficient money for the rest of the month, let us not forget the reason for the season. I think the best gift that we can always give to our friends is the gift of life. Since, all material stuff are perishable. However, i am not encouraging you not to buy gifts for me. :) Thanks.

Someone, please motivate me to exercise. :) This coming Thursday is my hardcore mugging day! Anyone wants to join me, just text me. Should be at KAP. If i do not complete those homework, next week onwards i will be dead meat. GG.

Discipline is what i need. Strength is what i rely on. Hope is what drives inside.

when ya take a minute gaze at little children running in your heartland, doesn't it melts your heart when they reveal to you their dashing smile? The smile that accentuate from their face isn't one that we see on those hall of fame, rather a smile of delight and trust. :) This is why i love kids, not that i wish to have tons of kids in the long run, but i always yearn to have child like faith. Those smile that are not made out of achievements, praises or forced out but one that is from the deepest recesses of my heart.

okay, i have tons of things to do once again this week! :)
write 50 xmas cards, shop for xmas gifts, visit care groups, meet sheep(s) (finally, after God knows how many weeks), class outings, and a lot more.

i seriously need a bucket of grace and strength! eh, i have a sudden urge to go for a run! :/ which i doubt it will ever come to reality. Level runs and whatever. sanity has once again departed from me. help!

the heap of daunting homeworks and the need to study is not unfamiliar to me. alright, i promise God, myself and whoever that i will start after xmas. Apparently, after xmas i have few more major stuffs! Like sec school BBQ, Unit celebration, Cl huddle, North day and not forgetting my birthday!

Help! I have only done little, like eh not even completed one full math paper. Chem not even here nor there. GP, forget it! GG!

Hello, just when ya thought i have abjured my veracious blog that store all my memories. :)

the jubilant camp has just been over since the last God knows how many hours.
hence once again, i have set a need record that i slept for 15 hours straight of my life.
Since it was deviant, my dad thought that i was dead while sleeping as i could hear him conversing with my brother to check if i was still alive. :)

what is this camp to me?
1. God's faithfulness

• Do you know that during our June challenge for North C, only one of the challenges has yet to be fulfilled but will be done by end of this year? Which is the four schools to hit 10 by end of this year?

I was dumbfounded when i found that out one night before camp commence. :)

2. God's Moving

• The sight of seeing many in the unit responded to take up God's call brought me to endless flow of NACL (AQ)
  

• God gave them each a personal direction and challenge

3. God's voice

• The first night of the memorable camp, God spoke to me with regards of not being disappointed with my rewards in heaven
• I got to know myself better.
  
• Cultivate a habit of giving since young, not old.
  

4. God's as a friend

• He answered what i was hesitant to set as a camp objectives and let it come to pass. Which has been something that i had lost around a year ago. He restored the one of the desire of my heart. I will still remember what i told 'you', i will not doubt you, because i trust you and will not doubt you.

Today, unexpectedly north went for outreach! :) Fantastic! We got a total of 300 plus contacts with 7 converts! Spectacular! I really admire sharlene for traveling all the way from east to north and gather contacts with the sisters!

okay, on top of that i think my throat is about to die soon! I indulge in spicy food this evening and i can feel the effect rising up my throat! Goodness, and my gums hurt as well. I had an fun gathering with mimi and sarah today! well, more updates will be given in due time. oh yeah, meeting KJ and alferd tmr and hehe. :)

at least, my blog isn't PMSING today. :) that's something fantastic! haha.

'God places situations in our life to strengthen our convictions'

many times we remonstrate about all the happenings in our life, and accusing God as the cause to everything. How about taking a look taking a look on the other side of the field? What if all those situations were not as bad as you thought they were? Rather it was placed in your life for you to strengthen your convictions.

that's all. That was a thought that we reverberating around my head while i was taking the train home. :)

well, today i had a 'breakthrough'. I slept for ten hours of my life. I seriously cannot rmbed when was the last time i slept till 12.45pm. My depth of sleep overwhelmed the alarm clock. I am such a pig. haha. afterwhich, went to pay a visit to marcus house. For cow sense, i don't know why he has only pathetically four tiny fishes in a large aquarium. Played cards and had a wondered leg message. haha.

alright, i am so looking forward to for a run in school tomorrow with my great friends in school! :)
