it's high time to start updating my blog.

Having learnt physics and mathematics for at least two years, i comprehend that there are more than one way to get a solution. Take for example, velocity can be found by displacement/time or simply (2ke/m)^-2.
Likewise, i realized this is how God works. The truth is at the end of day, God will bring us to the ultimate destination, while some might take a shorter or longer route. Each route has it's own worries, troubles, pain, laughter, putrid, euphoria, gastronomic, scrawny and etc. All these adjectives has it's own reason in our path.
Is sounds simple, isn't it?
I must admit that admist these simplicity of words, it brings flashbacks memories on how tedious the road is.
many times i wondered, why do you allow it to happen?
silence, this is the worse mental torture one goes through.
Still, in every sun set, there will surely be a sun rise again, it is only a matter of time. Having that mentality, the trust in him accumulates daily. Keeping faith. :)
anyways, i shall not further elaborate on the topic already.

i just want to say a really BIG THANK GOD YOU FOR, BRYAN! Let's spur each other on man. Your simple deed today has left my spellbounded. I treasure this brotherhood and friendship. After so many months, finally my heart is beating. That is friendship. :)

an endless chase.

Life has it's glamour that attracts many.
This glamour comes easy but at a high cost.
The moment of estatic and euphoria might make one remain in the state of inhertia.
The price is simply to be torn into two.

When we have to choose one or the other,
it makes life tedious and exasperating.
Some will try to live under the blanket while some face it.

When one makes the decision to step out of the glamour,
a sense of assurance showers over him.
This is because he comprehends that it is worth it.

He does not give a ciruitous explaination but a simple yet profound answer.
The cross.

Two words, but it has a great significance to his doing.
He's not a foolish man that does not know the price he has to pay.
Looking at him now, a smile splatters across his heart and face.
That decision he made, he never regretted it.
For he has found love and unbreakable friendship. (:

No doubt, i agree that the glamour might seems to give us freedom.
However, i beg to differ.
Is it really freedom when ya are enslaved to it?

But having him, i can choose to do it or not.
That's freedom. :)
When one has the ability to do either what's right or wrong.
This glamour will soon past away.

So is it worth it?
I urge you to think about it.

Dreams.
Ever since when we were young, all of us were taught to dream.
This infamous question was asked to everyone, 'What do you want to be when ya grow up?'

For anyone to dream, he must have trust in something.
He can trust in himself, friends, circumstances, thoughts and such.

The width of a person dream in rooted by the object of trust he place in.
Likewise, the depth of it.

If our object of trust is results, the width and depth or the dream is confine by results.
But if our object of trust is Jesus, the capacity of our dream is infinite.
When one places his turst in Jesus, he dreams of the most unthinkable.
What's your dream?

'the allure of fame can make one do the most inconceviable deeds'

History markers. When we flipped through our history textbooks, we see man and woman that creates revolution in their society. Those changes might have brought good outcomes or devastating consequences. The desire for that moment of fame, can make one do the most unthinkable actions ever. Some may even try to gain fame by eating copiously. Some try to make history through their enchanting voices, while others just excel in their arenas. Yet, those achievements are on the outward, aren't they?

Through my past two years of studying history, i have never come across one chapter where character is the main focus. What i have studied is on how war begun, the failure of league and etc. It is always about the deeds. Though it's true that out of the character will flow the actions, but the topic of character was hardly the focus.

To me, being a history marker it is not about what's happening on the outside but on the inside.
A man of character, one book and one God.
Being faithful to our words, friends, people and God.
To see a personal breakthrough first in our own lives.

Being a real history marker, it's a constant battle within.
When one's spirit can be torned into two, but it is for the history marker to pull it back.
So once again, i live to make history on the inside and eventually, outward will flow.

Who we really are on the inside?

I'm really gald to see how God has been moving in the far north and BP side recently.
Infact, God is always doing his wrk in the brothers in far north west.
I've a great team of leaders, and i love them.
alright, let's break that 50 barrier by end of this year! :)

'over reaction might cause one to be paranoid.'

Problems.
In chemistry terms, problems started out in the form of a solid.
When heat is given onto it, the intermolecular forces starts to break.
The heat suppiled causes the boundary of motion to be enlarged.
Slowly, these forces cause diffusion to take place.

The only way to bring it back to its basic is by reducing the temperature.
All of us have to undergo a phase in life where we encounter problem, haven't we?
Yet, the reaction of everyone towards it differs.
Some handle it in a fluster, while others, peacefully but some over reactive.

The truth is, sometimes, problems are not that big.
But through our rampant emotions, we casue it to be a disaster.
Take of the magnify glass in our eyes, and replace it with eyes of faith.

It's never too big, but we made it.
rudimentary but we complicate it.

'i'm bemused at what you just did, you stumbled me.'

Having lived in this society of high moral values, the above statement is as common as the air i take in.
Those words spilled out of an unmet expectation, these expectations may be saying certains words that you were not 'supposed' to say, or even doing certain actions that is undesirable by others.
Expectations do vary, don't they?
Everyone of us are born into this world and we learn to expect and to live by expectations.
The level of expectancy is greatly affected by one's environmental conditions.

Take for example, if one is born with a sliver spoon in his mouth, words such as fuck, aresehole will be detested by them. Whereas, one that is born into a family that is below average family income, it will be perfectly fine.
The expectations of both background will be different, the sliver spoon person will expect everything to be done in a proper manner yet with excellence, while the other guy would just expect to enjoy his daily lifestyle.

The fundamental question asked by many is this, 'What is the line to draw for expectations?'
Differing answers rings out as days pass.

My personal perspective on it:
there are many expectations in our lives, may it be internal or external, but we ought not to be dictated by such standards. Having too many expectations, will stretched oneself to the vertics. Thus, i live for only one expectation, his smile. I must admit that it's easier said then done, but i seek to realign my heart daily to it.
Sometimes, the overpowering pressure from the society might shift the focal length a little, but i have to bring it back to its principal axis. I choose to live between the focal length but not above it. For this reason, it's magnified.
A smile on his face is enough. :)

So, if i never meet your expectations, too bad. I do not live for your expectation, but his. :)
You have the ability to twist those words, but i have the ability to comprehend my heart.
So it's still this, a smile.

it's all about how we view it.

a coin has two sides, head and a tail.
the value of the coin does not depreciate overtime, but the worth of it is determined by the viewer.
To some, the coin worth a great deal while others not.
Yet, the value will not be susceptible to how many viewers are in favour of. :)

likewise, today i had my physics and history paper.
indeed, both came like a surprise and left me spellbound.
what were the blessings that i could see through these two papers?
1- God can bring back what was said in the past
2- He enables the ability of wisdom and linking
3- He drops hint here and there
4- He teaches a new lesson

In short, the whole paper sucked.
but still, i choose to see his faithfulness in it.
you might think, since it's over, what choice do i have left with, but only to trust him.
However, i beg to defer.
Choice of response is due to oneself.
so i choose to look to him.

alright, tomorrow will be chemistry paper.
one do not know what tricks are they up to again.
I have a strong guard feeling that A level questions will come out.
But God, i read through my notes, so i trust you. :)

although my hopes for serperation adn meger were dashed, God provided a way out for me.

God indeed has his ways of working.
Since he has shown himself faithful to me, all i need to do is to keep trusting him.

Alright, i shall make full use of technology to revise on my history paper.
Apparently, of 10 chapts, i only stuided 2 chapts.

Let's starts with war in Europe:
why?
1- Failure of the league of nations.
wha. the league indeed have many failures. Of which, they did not have their own military force and there was not strong sanctions given. Thus, Hilter will not fear this body as it has no powers. Their leadership was completely hideous, as it was led by britain and france. How can there be a good leadership when both are not having the common goal and vision? Even if they have, it was only down in paper but not seen through the practicality of their lives. Surely, we can see that it does not act as a collective body, can't we? Take for example, the Abyssinna criss between Mussolini and them. France and Britain tried to slove this by taking things out with her, and even agree on giving her some lands if she will stop the war. When other members heard it, they were angry. Thus it failed big time as they did not fillful their role. They were not firm in their sanctions, like when Japan invaded China in 1937, they placed an embargo only on air stuffs. However, they could expand with the availiabilty of oil. The fact that they did not have harsh sanctions on what mussolini did, shows that they failed to act firmly. Thus they were taken advantage of. The league also failed because of her membership. Though USA was the one that actually gave the idea of LON, but she did not become the leader, as she did not want to be dragged into war. She was in the policy of isolation. Think about it, she had much more better advantage in leading as she had the ecnomic, military and land, rebells will think thrice of their actions. Due no proper leadership, the leaders were more concern about their self intrerst rather than the LON. This can be seen through thier actions. The LON also failed becuase they did have the support of the asians due to the white supremacy. Though Japan asked for all race are equal in the making of TOV, but it did not come to pass. Thus Asians did not support them. Since there were no support from them, how will LON not bound to fail?
2- Policy of appreasment.
This can be seen through few events. Mainly, it was because hilter broke the TOV. Take for example, Rhineland, HIlter invaded it. This will create more living space and more land to accomdate more germans. However, B and F did nothing about it, becuase they believe they were only taking back what first belong to them. In the reuniting with Austria incident, Hilter forced the govt to allow the nazi person to be in the minster if not Germany will invade her. Before a referrandum could be made, Hilter decided to call it off as he was fearful that things might not work out. Reuniting with Austria was his dream and desire as he was born an Austria. Czechoslovakia, was a land that Hilter wanted and met up three times in order to get it. By havign this country, it will create living space and she has a great armamament factory, which will benefit her. The first meeting he asked for areas that contain 50% or more German speaking people and the second was a immediate occupation and thrid meeting, his reuqest was granted. Due to this appeasement, Hitler could haev seen them as weak and choosing to take over them.
3- Policy of appeasement was broken.
Because of this, world war happened. Hilter did not keep to his word at the Muncih conference. He took the whole of Czehoslovaikai and also wanting to take the polish corridoor. He didn't keep to his word. World war happened because of HItler own greed, For more lands. More than that, it's own oppsition from the people she's leading hinder her to winnning the war.

GOD CARES.
yesh, he cares for me :)

Really appreciate those people in my life.

in few minutes time, i will be leaving my house and heading for town.
i've found a gd place to mug in town, le meridan foodcourt.
as absurd as it sounds, it's realtively a better palce to study in town.
it's so aggravating to try to pull myself out of the bed, when my physical being is glued to the bed.

anyways. before i leave my house, i have a food for thought.

was talking to someone just now, and i was reminded of somethings.

run to the source and not the channle of the source.

I'm glad for everyone that are in our church. This is because everyone has a shepherd. Because of this, everyone needs is well taken care of. However, this might be good and bad. When life seems like a heavy load to carry, some tend to run to their physical shepherd for help. well, that's nothing wrong. But i believe that we need to learn and find our chief shepherd, Jesus, and sought things out with him clearly. Learning to find the main source. This way, we can strengthen our walk with God. However, i'm not suggesting that we can just don't care about our physical shepherds. Rather, running to God and hear from him and sharing with our shepherd what God told us. In this manner, our shepherd confirms it, and also both parties get refreshed.

:) Sheep, none of you are a burden to me. As tough as ministry gets at times, let's keep hanging on to God's word. For it refreshes our inner being. His word, out strength.

family

family.
it is the fundamental pillar of most of our lives.
when we enunciate the word, family, it spells a sense of comfort.
i love the family that i am in. :)

about my physical family:
a very typical asian family.
we hardly communicate to each other about our thoughts and feelings.
truthfully speaking, at times we might only speak few sentences to each other for a day.
sometimes, not even one word.
however, i appreciate those little chats we have. :)
i'm glad to be placed in such family, where i'm not expected to be someone else.
well. a family that does not expect much of me, except earning money?
I'm gald that my dad doesn't pressure me to do well in my academics. :)
he allows me to be who i want to be.
the only thing he nags at is my room and those sore stuffs which are all over the house.
oh yeah. my brother, FAT and ROUND.
haha. shows his loveto me through food! :)
alright, i'm gald that God has given me such a family.

spiritual family:
the scope of this family spreads from the east to the west and north to south.
however, i will share about my dmm. :)
my dmm consists of walter, joel, sherman and sathay.
heys! i really appreicate the dmm i'm leading now.
they have brought great joy into my life, their initative in taking up responsibilites has added much strength to my leadership.
I love this team of leaders!
we had dmm today at sherman hse then marsailing macs followed by some coffee shop.
Indeed, we had a refreshing time of worship.
however that's not the point, we had great fellowship over 7 dishes of food!
there were many laughters. :) then after eating we head for sweet talk and they bought drinks.
it was a very simple meal however the fellowship was thick.
heys team, if you guys are ever reading this.
i really enjoy serving with all of you, going the high and lows together! let's go for our 50 pairs of socks! haha.
i just want to say that i love this team. :)
seeing all of them having the ability to encourage each other, brings a smile.
writing cards for each other, without anyone asking.
mind you, they are no older then sec 3!
walter and joel are sec 1.
sathya and sherman are sec3.
ohyeah! i appreciate all the shpd's in my grp too! haha.

There are so many things in our lives that we abhor doing.
However, we do it. :)
Sometimes, we just do not know if its right or wrong.
Whatever we have done, though it's politically correct, but we dragged our feets to do it.
Birthday just come only once per year.
Having exsisted on this earth for many years, i do not know why i did it today.
Speculations run around my heart.

PAST.
the events that had happened made me thought deeper.
If what i did was right.
what if i didn't find out certain things that had been that way.
will things happen like what it is today?
i cannot bring my heart to a decision.
If it had not happened this way, i guess i will be living in lies.
yet, by exposing these lies, it brings devastation between some stuff.
to makes matter worse, david doesn't really take things with a pinch of salt.
He simply believed what someone told him.
Another person came along his path one day and showed him that there was a balance in those absolutes, he was enlightened.
however, things were too late.
He took it as a learning lesson at an expense of what he treasures.

However, that was the past. :)
