He walks!!!

Henry started crawling when he was about 6 1/2 months old. I figured he would walk sooner than William did (who didn't crawl until he was 8 months old and was officially walking when he was 13 1/2 months old).  But he didn't. He decided to take his sweet time. He's been able to push up from the ground to standing since before he was a year old. He took his first steps right before he turned 1.  But he just wouldn't take the risk and keep walking. He finally started taking a few steps here and there in the beginning of July. As July progressed, his confidence grew. But he would usually only stand up and walk when David got home from work (rude!). But on Sunday, July 31st at 14 months old, Henry finally decided to ONLY walk!!!! Thank you Henry!!! My arms and back thank you too!

It's a boy!!!!

Dear Baby,

We are thrilled to welcome another little boy into our home! Boys are truly special. I feel honored to raise 3 future priesthood holders, 3 future missionaries, and 3 future fathers. I feel the weight of the responsibility your daddy and I have been entrusted with. You are so loved and we look forward to holding you in about 10 weeks! You have 2 adorable, fun, and kind brothers waiting for you to come join the fun! We love you dearly.

On July 27th during my 18 week appointment, my doctor was kind enough to check the gender of our baby. The ultrasound revealed that we are having our third boy!!! We are truly thrilled to welcome another boy into our family! We still do not have a name picked out for him. But we have about 10 weeks to get that figured out. I would post pictures from our 20 week ultrasound, but I would need to scan them in and I don't think I'm going to for a while. But I can tell you he is an active little boy!
