Temples

I'm enjoying my last few months in Utah and how close so many temples  are!  Last week I went to the Provo temple to do some family names with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, Marie.  It was so wonderful to be there. This last week, we went to the Brigham City Temple Open House .  It was gorgeous inside and was a wonderful experience for the kids.  They both really loved the 12 oxen under the baptismal font. My Grandpa & his wife, Sharon, were nice enough to watch Lilia for me and also fed us a delicious lunch afterwards!  

Current Situation

I am really behind on blogging - I have a LOT of posts that I need to back-date.  But, I've had lots of questions about what our current situation is, so I decided to finally blog about it. The last 16 months have been crazy and filled with many unknowns, ups and downs, and lots of prayers!  April 2011: David graduated from BYU and we moved to Colorado for him to take the Bar and intern with the U.S. Air Force Academy in the JAG (lawyer) office. October 2011: He was accepted (finally!) into the JAG Corps (this is an active duty position) and we decided to move back to Provo to wait for his job to begin. ***Long time of waiting/stress/instability/etc...*** May 2012: We learned that our first assignment will be at Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, MT! July 2012: David took the Oath of Office, issued by his cousin Kurt Liechty. August 2012: David began Commisioned Officer Training (COT) in Montgomery, AL, this will be followed by JaSOC (a training for lawyers in th

Lilia @ 4 Months

Our precious little Lilia is already 4 months old! Stats: Height: 23.75" (33%) Weight: 9lbs 13.2oz (way below the chart) She is absolutely adored by her siblings and she adores them right back.  It's so much fun for me to watch!   I love this cute babe! About Lilia: -She loves her pacifier and anything else she can get into her mouth to suck on. -She is very aware and always alert and taking everything in with her big and beautiful blue eyes. -She has some tummy troubles and spits up a lot, but it's starting to improve. -She smiles and coos very sweetly whenever we talk to her. -She only takes naps in her swing. -She sleeps through the night and has for a couple of months - bless her!!! I'm so grateful for this little sweetheart!
