A visit to Fairview

The summer is finally here and the first thing we did was go down to Grandma and Grandpa Randall's house. The Ford's were able to be there also and the kids loved swimming, watching movies, making smore's, zip lining, and eating grandma's yummy food.

The start of Summer

Summer starts before school gets out around here. The weather is warm and the kids love to be outside!

Wheeler Farm with the pre-school

Lucy and I were able to go with Marcus's pre-school class to Wheeler Farm. The kids had so much fun! Marcus loved the cows and Lucy was just mesmerized by all the animals.

Pre-school graduation

Marcus has been attending two pre-schools this year. Calvin Smith Elementary and Miss Amanda's Good Day Pre-school in the close neighborhood. He didn't really want to sing at his elementary pre-school graduation but he enjoyed watching the other kids sing. At Miss Amanda's pre-school he was able to be part of a circus act and perform for all the mommy's and daddy's. I was able to help out with the program so I didn't get too many pictures. He did good with his part and stood on stage.

Marcus made his cute bus drivers some thank you notes, thanks to Pinterest. He loved riding the bus to Calvin Smith Elementary this year.

Happy Birthday Daddy

Dave is now 36. Unfortunately his grandpa Brown's funeral was on his birthday but he didn't seem to mind. We surprised him this year with his very own fire pit so he can make smores whenever he wants! He was very surprised. We had a nice dinner of hamburgers on the patio and then ate a yummy chocolate cake! Dave and I made a fire that night after the kids went to bed. It was perfect. Happy birthday daddy!
